Early Morning Bible Reading for His Remnant

The Lord often gives me the most amazing readings and interpretations amidst these times of difficult trials in Australia. I refer especially to same sex ‘unions’ which were turned into law so they could be called and treated as ‘marriages’ and the amendments to protect religious freedoms were not put through alongside that, in any way which protects the rights of parents or individuals against the LGTBIQ and transgender movement.

Here, as elsewhere, those behind it all are now poised to take schools, churches, children and society itself by force, with their agenda. And poised they are; just reading the comments against private schools in an Australian newspaper  gives frightening proof of what the far left want to do to Australians and their mindset! I also refer to world events towards war, which are unfolding and threatening us from all directions, along with the political agendas of the One World Government- everywhere.

But He knows what we are going through, always.  Early on Monday morning, December 4th, with these things fresh on my mind, I opened on the following reading. It seems to me to be a promise and consolation, reminding us of the New Paradise, (the New Jerusalem) which He has promised -and that we will see in our lifetime! (as spoken through His Words in the Book of Truth).

It is also a reminder to keep our hands strong in prayer, to stand strong, not agree to false oaths and speak only the Truth, also judging in a way within our gates (within our hearts) which renders truth and makes for peace. Prepare in this way, by a good examination of conscience, because there will be no room for sin in the New Paradise where Our Lord will bring us, as He promised. You are Our Lord’s Remnant.

Read our Lord’s words for yourself, below the image of my bible on my bedside table, with its early morning shadows.

Zechariah 8: 6-17

Thus says the Lord of hosts:

If this seems a miracle to the remnant of this people in these days, should it also seem one to me? It is the Lord Sabaoth who speaks. Thus says the Lord of hosts: Behold, I will save my people from the countries of the East and from the countries of the West I will bring them to dwell in the midst of Jerusalem. They shall be my people and I will be their God, in faithfulness and integrity.

Thus says the Lord of hosts:

Let your hands be strong, you who here and now listen to these words from the mouth of the prophets, who have been prophesying since the day when the Temple of the Lord Sabaoth had its foundation laid for the rebuilding of the sanctuary10 For before those days there was no wage for man or any wage for beast, neither was there any safety from the foe for him who went out or came in; for I set every man against his fellow. 11 But now I will not deal with the remnant of this people as in the former days, says the Lord of hosts. 12 For there shall be a sowing of peace; the vine shall yield its fruit, and the ground shall give its increase, and the heavens shall give their dew. I am going to bestow all these blessings on the remnant of this people13 And as you have been a byword of cursing among the nations, O house of Judah and house of Israel, so will I save you and you shall be a blessing. Fear not, but let your hands be strong.

14 For thus says the Lord of hosts: “As I purposed to do evil to you, when your fathers provoked me to wrath, and I did not relent, says the Lord of hosts, 15 so again have I purposed in these days to do good to Jerusalem and to the house of Judah; fear not. 16 These are the things that you shall do:

Speak the truth to one another, render in your gates judgments that are true and make for peace17 do not devise evil in your hearts against one another, and love no false oath, for all these things I hate, says the Lord.”

Believe all these things because the Lord has said them, and be consoled, o remnant brothers in Christ Jesus!
