Crusaders are an Army!!!

AM+DG

Crusaders are an ARMY!

  1. An army has a leader – a General .
  2. An army has a mission to defeat the enemy that threatens them.
  3. An army has weapons – that are approved of, and supplied by the Army Leader/General. The weapons chosen are the best weapons available that are needed to defeat the enemy.
  4. An army has a handbook, with its ideals, procedures and instructions and logo and rules. This must be followed.
  5. Soldiers must be obedient to their leader and their mission.
  6. An army has a hierarchy. There are soldiers, sergeants, lieutenants
  7. An army has a uniform
  8. The soldiers are as one in their mission, in their battle formation, in their allegiance to their leader and their country, and in obedience. This is the key to victory..
  1. Crusade Prayer Groups are part of an army – the Remnant Army.

The crusaders are the soldiers.

Our Leader is Jesus Himself – Who gave us the mission and Who gave us instructions and a battle plan.

Thoughts: Not following the General/Commander’s orders and not following the battle plan would be disastrous in a war. Soldiers would not dream of it.

  1. The Mission is the ‘Salvation of Souls’.

The enemy is not flesh and blood.

In order to win the battle, we must be as one.

  1. The weapons we are given are the Crusade Prayers, the Holy Rosary, and the Divine Mercy Chaplet.

These prayers were written in Heaven and promise extraordinary Graces.”  (11 Nov. 2012)

I will provide you, My army, with Prayers that will need to be recited to save souls.” (23 Oct. 2011)

“My followers are requested to recite these Prayers, which I will give you every day to save souls.” (17 Nov. 2011)

“My dear children, it is important that all of you recite the Crusade Prayers and my most Holy Rosary as part of your daily prayers” ((10 Feb. 2015))

“The power of prayer and, especially, the recital of the Holy Rosary, which renders the beast impotent, cannot be underestimated. To save more souls you must also recite the Divine Mercy Chaplet.   (7 March, 2013)

Power of Crusade Prayers:

Just one Crusade Prayer, said from the heart, is enough for Me to destroy the power of arrogant political leaders, who do not have a conscience” (29 Aug. 2013).

The Rosary is a most powerful weapon, and Jesus told us that the Crusade prayers are 30 times more powerful than other prayers.

Jesus told us that if people can stay after the prayers are said, that the remainder of the Mysteries of the Rosary should be said. Those who can remain afterwards may say the remaining Mysteries of the Rosary (Red Crusade Prayer Book p. 12)

Thoughts: In an army, only weapons that are approved by the General may be used. It is obvious that if the weapons were switched, or supplied with bullets that are inferior – that this would endanger the mission. This could happen by a traitor, an intruder or by someone who has no authority. It could mean the loss of the war. So let’s only use the prayers provided by Jesus – after all they are 30 times more powerful!! Why would you say other prayers??

  1. The handbook for the Remnant Army is the Book of Truth, the Crusade Prayer Book and the Bible.

Book of Truth:

“Only these messages can reveal the secrets of times to come and offer the blessings needed by all of God’s children up to the last day..(18 June, 2012)

This may be a time of confusion, division, sadness and a longing for those who represent Me on this earth to proclaim the Truth. But know this. I Am the Truth. The Truth never dies. My Kingdom is eternal and you, My beloved children, belong to Me. Come. Stay close to Me. I will lead you to your rightful inheritance. Trust in Me. Listen to Me through these Messages – the Book of Truth. “ (6 May, 2015)

“Be wary of anyone who comes forward and who says they have been sent by Me, to help spread My Word….. But out they will come, these false prophets, in their droves, each one trying to outdo the other. They will then try to use this Mission to garner support, so that they can spread untruths.” (Nov. 23, 2014)

“My word is the end.  It is final.  There can be no other word My Voice speaks to the world through these Messages“ (May 13, 2013)

On False Prophets, Jesus said:(October 26, 2013):

“What must I do to make you listen? What must I do to stop your wandering and seeking out other forms of titillation? Why will you not trust in Me? You waste so much precious time seeking out fortune telling, which flows like venom out of the mouths of so-called mystics and sensation seekers, that you insult Me by turning away from Me. I Am here. These are My Words. What else do you seek, for you will only find the Truth from My Mouth?…

When I speak, I desire that you listen. I cannot force you. You may look everywhere and try to find My Messages, given to prepare the world for My Second Coming at this time, and you won’t find them. My public Messages to prepare you for this, the final stage before My Covenant is fulfilled, can only be found in the Book of Truth.”

My dearly beloved daughter it must be known that those who profess to come in My Name, as prophets, but who do not speak in the tongues from Heaven, are increasing in numbers. So many of these souls are being infected by fallen angels and speak in carefully constructed, but loving tones, reminiscent of what you would expect to be My Sacred Voice. Oh how My poor devoted followers are being deceived now and how confused they will be. Who to trust? Who to follow? Who to believe? Did I not say that many will come in My Name but few with speak with My Voice? There are fewer than twenty who have permission to impart to the world the Word of God and this    … (28 June 2012)

… Only My Voice brings you the news as to what it is My Father wishes His children to know. …You will not hear the Truth anywhere else, in relation to My Second Coming, for not one amongst you has been given the Authority to speak to the whole world on behalf of the One Who created you.

As the true end time prophet reveals to you the Truth, so too will the counterfeit raise his voice, like a lamb who will speak as if it he speaks the True Word of God. Then as the king of the Earth – the evil one – fights against Heaven’s intervention, hundreds of false prophets will rise among you and they will never tell you the Truth. Their visions and their words, which spring from their own imaginations – and in many cases, from the spirit of evil – will reveal to you the good things you want to hear. …The Truth prepares you to deal with the reality of difficult times, foretold in My Father’s Book. It is given to you to make you strong. But the false prophets, who roam among you, will confuse you and tell you that all things are good – when they are bad, and holy – when they are not. They will shield the wolves who want to devour the souls of God’s children. Their words of love and their quotes from Holy Scripture serve only to deceive you. … Woe to all of you imposters,…. (Dec. 4, 2013)

Thoughts: Be satisfied with God’s Words in the Book of Truth. Don’t be even tempted to look at the words of other mystics. We could be easily fooled. Don’t risk it.  Remember, Jesus told us that there were less than 20 authentic visionaries in the world today. The Book of Truth is all we need.!!!

The Crusade Prayer Book:

“Prayer Books to be used” (17 January, 2013)

Thoughts: One might wonder what this means. Prayer Books only have Crusade Prayers in them – no other prayers. This instruction links up with the one above – that only messages from the Book of Truth be used. (see point above)

If this is the case why would anyone include weapons (prayers) that are not approved or recommended by the Army Commander?

The Holy Bible:

I urge My followers to remind people of the importance of reading the Holy Bible, the Word set out, according to the Will of My Father.” .(23 January, 2013)

Today, My Word is spoken, yet again, to instil in the minds of people, today, the importance of My Teachings. Failure to accept the Word of God results in the death of the soul. (23 Jan 2013)

  1. As Crusaders – part of the Remnant Army – we must be obedient to our Leader – Jesus Himself.

You, My disciples, are under My direction. . (11 Nov 2012)

“It is because you are protected by My Father, and guided by Me directly, that you will succeed” (11 Nov.2012).

“I will bless each Prayer Group, when they agree to My Direction.” (17 January 2013)

“I thank those who have followed My instructions and show obedience.” (11 Nov 2012)

  1. The Remnant Army also has a hierarchy:

Jesus; Maria; a group of people sent to her by Jesus to be the co-ordinators in each region of the world. Maria is instructed by Jesus.

“You must work closely, in love and harmony, and keep in touch with My daughter, Maria. I have instructed her to assist, where possible, in guiding you. I have sent her a group of people who will co-ordinate these groups in different regions in the world. You must each focus on your own region and link with each other.  Maria will be instructed, by Me, as to how I need them to be managed and the format I desire.”

Thought:  Don’t try to do your own thing. Obey Jesus and the people He has chosen. That would be insubordination and disobedience to Jesus’ authority.

7. An army has a uniform.

The uniform shows where your allegiance lies. It identifies you. Everyone, when they see a soldier in uniform, know what to expect. The uniform will also have a logo.

Crusaders have a uniform – the Seal of the living God Scapular, the Medal of Salvation. Our logo is the Seal of the Living God.

8. Crusaders must be one

Jesus told us that there would be problems in our prayer groups:

“…To My followers, you must prepare now for the terrible trials, which you will have to face because of your response to My call. Everything will be done to cause disruption to your Prayer Groups…

Do not allow differences of opinion to halt this Work. This is a time when Satan will try to drive a wedge between you all” (January 17, 2013)

Thoughts: Let’s be prepared. Don’t allow disruption. Obey Jesus. If people leave the prayer group because they don’t like the rules, let them go. This might not be the right type of prayer group for them.

In Conclusion:

Surely we do not want to be the soldiers that destroy or undermine the mission! The Crusader must be true to the Mission that Jesus gave us and be true and obedient to Jesus Himself. We must obey Him in every detail.

“My children, you must seek out the comfort of each other, as you gather, at every corner of the earth, to form My Son’s Remnant Army. … You must remain united, my little children, because my Son needs your love and commitment, so that He can save humanity. You will, however, become a target for the evil one who will raise every demon, under his wing, to infiltrate you and cause division. Recognise these attempts, for what they are and trust, completely, in my Son. Call on me, your beloved Mother, to keep your Crusade Prayer Groups united.” (Feb. 5, 2013)

“To My followers, you must prepare now for the terrible trials, which you will have to face because of your response to My call. Everything will be done to cause disruption to your Prayer Groups. … I urge you to work together in peace and harmony. Do not allow differences of opinion to halt this Work. This is a time when Satan will try to drive a wedge between you all, so that the Crusade Prayers are not spread globally, as dictated by Me.” (January 17, 2013)

Prepare for this global Mission, like no other. It is the Final Mission to save souls and every step of the way is dictated by Me, Jesus Christ.” (January 17, 2013)

So let’s all unite as one formidable army – making sure our prayer groups are obedient to Jesus’ instructions.

Crusade Prayer P 121 :

Allegiance to the Army of Jesus Christ

Sept.15, 2013″

“This Army has been given great Graces by Me and by the Power of the Holy Spirit they will keep the Flame of Christianity burning  and they will carry the Torch of Truth until the Final Day.”

We stand united to Your Sacred Heart, dear Jesus. We speak with authority the True Word of God. We will walk to the ends of the Earth to spread the Truth. We will never accept any new false doctrine in Your Name, other than that You taught us Yourself. We remain true, loyal and steadfast in our faith. We will treat those who betray You with love and compassion, in the hope that they will come back to You. We will be firm, but patient, with those who persecute us in Your Name. We will walk victorious all the way to Your New Paradise. We promise, that through our pain and suffering, we will bring You all those lost souls who are starved of Your Love. Please accept our prayers for all sinners in the world, so that we can become one family, united in love for You, in the New Era of Peace. Amen.

Crusade Prayer  P 143 :

To protect the Mission of Salvation

(March 25, 2014)

O Mother of Salvation, protect this Mission, a Gift from God, to bring Eternal Life to all of His children everywhere. Please intervene, on our behalf, through your beloved Son, Jesus Christ, to give us the courage to carry out our duties to serve God at all times and especially when we suffer because of this. Help this Mission to convert billions of souls, in accordance with the Divine Will of God and to turn those hearts of stone into loving servants of your Son. Give all of us who serve Jesus in this Mission the strength to overcome the hatred and the persecution of the Cross and to welcome the suffering that comes with it, with a generosity of heart and with full acceptance of what may come ahead. Amen.

Crusade Prayer  155 :

For Protection of the Mission of Salvation

(June 8, 2014)

“You must present your  prayers each day to my Son, for the protection of this Mission against the hatred of Satan. When you do this, every Blessing will be given to you”.

O dearest Mother of Salvation, hear our call for the protection of the Mission of Salvation and for the protection of God‘s children. We pray for those who defy the Will of God in this great moment in history. We ask that you protect all those who respond to your call and the Word of God, to save everyone from the enemies of God. Please help release those souls, who fall prey to the deceit of the devil and open their eyes to the Truth. O Mother of Salvation, help us poor sinners to be made worthy, to receive the Grace of perseverance at our time of suffering in the Name of your beloved Son, Jesus Christ.  Protect this Mission from harm.  Protect your children from persecution. Cover all of us with your Most Holy Mantle and favour us with the Gift of retaining our faith, every time we are challenged for speaking the Truth, for conveying the Holy Word of God, for the rest of our days now and forever. Amen.

Is this also Fulfilling prophecy? Part 2

See our previous post on new vestments at: https://remnantdisciplesjtm.com/2018/08/25/new-vestments-at-wmf-in-dublin-the-beginning-of-another-prophecy-fulfilled/

“…They must retain the Holy Missals, the vestments, the Holy Bible and the Holy Crosses….”

We are told to retain the Holy Missals and Bibles. This is because they contain the Truth. The words are not changed or twisted to mean something else. They do not yet contain new rituals and rubrics which are not holy or of God.

To make it easier, the rule for Missal translations was changed in an Apostolic letter “Magnum Principium”. See our post at: remnantdisciplesjtm.com/category/prophecies-fulfilled/

Jesus also tells us that Bibles will be hard to come by. They will no longer be printed or sold. It is important that we have access to our Bibles to ensure that what we hear is the Truth. If Missal translations are changed, we may need our Bibles to check. If priests, bishops or the pope quote scripture, we may need to check our Bibles. We will have to discern which ones are staying true to the Faith established by Jesus Christ.

There is a spiritual war going on and the evil one will use all sorts of trickery to deceive us.

An excerpt from a previous  post:

Magnum Principium: “… new “Apostolic Letter” motu proprio, entitled Magnum Principium, in which the “Pope” makes a change to Canon 838 of Novus Ordo Canon Law, which pertains to the translation of liturgical texts. The modification was decreed to take effect on Oct. 1, 2017.”

… Whereas formerly approval by the “Holy See” was needed for liturgical translations, now the Vatican needs to merely “recognize” and “confirm” the translations made and approved by the local bishops’ conferences themselves.

Jesus  (in the Book of Truth messages ) alerts us to things to look out for:

“…  My Holy Mass will be changed beyond recognition. … When they present the new Mass, you will be left with no choice then, for you will know that it will no longer offer the Most Holy Eucharist….
The signs will include strange
new ways of adjusting prayers;

Watch, now, as the Truth will be twisted by the imposter. See how he will exalt himself in My Shoes, but will refuse to walk the path of Truth as a servant of God. (2013.03.28 @ 21:30)

My daughter, the change in the format of the Mass will soon be presented in My Church. The words which will be used to deceive you will include the phrase “for the good of all – for the unification of all God’s children.” The Mass will take on a new meaning. Forgotten will be My Death on the Cross and all the reasons for it will be re-defined. Remember on that day, My Words to you now.  (2013.06.29 @21:13)

“…They must retain the Holy Missals, the vestments, the Holy Bible and the Holy Crosses….”

Of  course in the past, we have seen many strange crosses being accepted by  Francis, including the hammer and sickle Crucifix, the Ying Yang Cross, and other crosses with Masonic symbolism.           See our post at

Tonight’s Reading

The Lord supplies my daily bible reading and tonight, being Easter, when I opened and read Psalm 114, as it is numbered in my bible, ( some versions numbered differently) the connection was very obvious; strong & powerful. The strength of the connection reminded me of Jesus presence: loving and strong. In fact, I felt He was there.

(The CTS new Catholic Bible 2007)

Psalm 114 (Hebrew psalm 116a) Verses 1-9

Rescue me from Death

Alleluia!!

I love the Lord for he has heard the cry of my appeal; for he turned his ear to me in the day when I called him.

They surrounded me, the snares of the death, with the anguish of the tomb. They caught me, sorrow and distress.  I called on the Lord’s name. Oh Lord my God deliver me!

How gracious is the Lord and just! Our God has compassion! The Lord protects the simple hearts. I was helpless so he saved me.

Turn back, my soul, to your rest for the Lord has been good; he has kept my soul from death (my eyes from tears) and my feet from stumbling.

I will  walk in the presence of the Lord in the land of the Living.

How I feel about Jesus
How I feel about Jesus

Thank you, Lord. I love you, Lord.

Donna Liane.

God is My Search Engine, not Google: Purgatory

Recently the topic of purgatory has been coming up (repeatedly) amongst priests and other Catholics within our little community and connected to it. For example, a Jesus to Mankind prayer group member attended a talk by a priest at an RCIA program and she was surprised at his lack of knowledge of the biblical basis. This prompted her to find biblical references for him, of which there are many, along with the evidence of early Church tradition. I have read and are familiar with most of these.

Then, because November is the month of the Holy Souls where we pray for the souls of those who have died, a priest gave a very good sermon and a later a separate catechesis  on the same purgatory. The catechesis talk was very informative and interesting and inspired us all to pray anew for the ‘holy souls’- so named because they love and believe in God and Christ His Son, even if imperfectly, and are therefore saved, but leave this life without having atoned for their many sins and negligences. Nothing unholy can stand before God and so they must be purified.

It seems God wanted to add to the biblical passages that I know and that the Church officially recognizes, as referring to purgatory.

When I got home to rest and read a bit, after the catechesis, I opened my bible immediately on a passage which seems to describe purgatory and hell very, very well! God’s teaching is always so swift and to the point; it seems that he doesn’t want me to miss anything. I am always learning in His presence through His Word. 🙂
Although this passage is literally a description of a mental suffering on earth given to the wicked,  it seems to symbolically describe, allude or even pre-empt. the sufferings of both the damned and those undergoing their final purification.
Over them alone there spread a heavy darkness, image of the dark that would receive them.”
Then the writer describes those who suffer -but less. They are those who ask for forgiveness of all past ills, beg for mercy and are grateful not to suffer as much as those others. These are those destined for a lesser dark, by inference.
By contrast, God’s true children are given light and also chosen to give light to others.
Overall, there are some VERY powerful images which can be used to describe hell and purgatory– which the writer of Wisdom Ch 17, has made clear symbolises and preempts the two different types of sufferings in the afterlife. From all we have read of purgatory, and hell, from all we know from the saints and church teaching as well, these descriptions fit perfectly.
Wisdom 17: 1-20:
1 Yes, your judgements are great and impenetrable, which is why uninstructed souls have gone astray.

2 While the wicked supposed they had a holy nation in their power, they themselves lay prisoners of the dark, in the fetters of long night, confined under their own roofs, banished from eternal providence.

3 While they thought to remain unnoticed with their secret sins, curtained by dark forgetfulness, they were scattered in fearful dismay, terrified by apparitions.

4 The hiding place sheltering them could not ward off their fear; terrifying noises echoed round them; and gloomy, grim-faced spectres haunted them.

5 No fire had power enough to give them light, nor could the brightly blazing stars illuminate that dreadful night.

6 The only light for them was a great, spontaneous blaze -- a fearful sight to see! And in their terror, once that sight had vanished, they thought what they had seen more terrible than ever.

7 Their magical illusions were powerless now, and their claims to intelligence were ignominiously confounded;

8 for those who promised to drive out fears and disorders from sick souls were now themselves sick with ludicrous fright.

9 Even when there was nothing frightful to scare them, the vermin creeping past and the hissing of reptiles filled them with panic;
10 they died convulsed with fright, refusing even to look at empty air, which cannot be eluded anyhow!

11 Wickedness is confessedly very cowardly, and it condemns itself; under pressure from conscience it always assumes the worst.

12 Fear, indeed, is nothing other than the failure of the help offered by reason;

13 the less you rely within yourself on this, the more alarming it is not to know the cause of your suffering.

14 And they, all locked in the same sleep, while that darkness lasted -- which was in fact quite powerless and had issued from the depths of equally powerless Hades-

15 were now chased by monstrous spectres, now paralysed by the fainting of their souls; for a sudden, unexpected terror had attacked them.

16 And thus, whoever it might be that fell there stayed clamped to the spot in this prison without bars.

17 Whether he was ploughman or shepherd, or somebody at work in the desert, he was still overtaken and suffered the inevitable fate, for all had been bound by the one same chain of darkness.

18 The soughing of the wind, the tuneful noise of birds in the spreading branches, the measured beat of water in its powerful course, the headlong din of rocks cascading down,

19 the unseen course of bounding animals, the roaring of the most savage of wild beasts, the echo rebounding from the clefts in the mountains, all held them paralysed with fear.

20 For the whole world shone with the light of day and, unhindered, went about its work;

21 over them alone there spread a heavy darkness, image of the dark that would receive them. But heavier than the darkness was the burden they were to themselves.

May the souls of the faithful departed, through the Mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

God bless+Donna Liane

Daily Bible Reading: Oath of Fidelity

I often read from my Bible with the intention of listening to God, hopefully intently. On two different days/nights, I happened to open on the exact same passage (2Chronicles 15: 1-7) in a row, although I had not marked the spot in any way. The passage is given to you below that God may also speak to you. I feel that this passage was brought to my attention repeatedly for a reason:

It is subtitled, in my CTS New Catholic Bible, as:

The Prophecy of Azariah and the Oath of Fidelity.

The spirit of God came upon Azarias the son of Oded,

2 And he went out to meet Asa, and said to him: Hear ye me, Asa, and all Juda and Benjamin: The Lord is with you, because you have been with him. If you seek him, you shall find: but if you forsake him, He will forsake you.

3 And many days shall pass in Israel, without the true God, and without a priest a teacher, and without the law.

4 And when in their distress they shall return to the Lord the God of Israel, and shall seek him, they shall find Him.

5 At that time there shall be no peace to him that goeth out and cometh in, but terrors on every side among all the inhabitants of the earth.

6 For nation shall fight against nation, and city against city, for the Lord will trouble them with all distress.

7 Do you therefore take courage, and let not your hands be weakened: for there shall be a reward for your work.

I wonder if this is confirmation of the words my mum gave to us in her other post, “I am Impelled to Speak Up”, in regards to continuing the work that has been given to us; to pray for the salvation of souls and not to let our hands fall weak now! In whatever way God speaks to you through this passage, the relevance for today’s times, cannot be mistaken.

JtM Crusade Prayer Meeting Tuesday 24th May, 2016

+AMDG+

Prayer Group Overview

Our prayer theme today:    Protection

The readings are chosen after the Crusade Prayers and after a prayer to the Holy Spirit for guidance and listed below An overview of the readings will be posted below. It is recommended that you read the messages in full by clicking on the link beneath each one.

The Readings today:

  1. Bible: Acts11:19-26

[19] Now they who had been dispersed by the persecution that arose on occasion of Stephen, went about as far as Phenice and Cyprus and Antioch, speaking the word to none, but to the Jews only. [20] But some of them were men of Cyprus and Cyrene, who, when they were entered into Antioch, spoke also to the Greeks, preaching the Lord Jesus.

[21] And the hand of the Lord was with them: and a great number believing, were converted to the Lord. [22] And the tidings came to the ears of the church that was at Jerusalem, touching these things: and they sent Barnabas as far as Antioch. [23] Who, when he was come, and had seen the grace of God, rejoiced: and he exhorted them all with purpose of heart to continue in the Lord. [24] For he was a good man, and full of the Holy Ghost and of faith. And a great multitude was added to the Lord. [25] And Barnabas went to Tarsus to seek Saul: whom, when he had found, he brought to Antioch.

[26] And they conversed there in the church a whole year; and they taught a great multitude, so that at Antioch the disciples were first named Christians.

Book of Truth:

2. I must intervene to save humanity from destroying itself, before the Great Day of the Lord (29th  January, 2014)

3 My Word will be like a sword, which will cut through confusion and lies. (21st December, 2012)

See here for the full messagehttps://missionofsalvation.wordpress.com/Message-0649/

Overview of the readings:

The Bible reading speaks about the persecution just after St Stephen, the first martyr. It speaks of Barnabas and (Saul) Paul at Antioch spreading God’s word and converting many people at Antioch, which was a strong Christian centre. The message for us is that God always sends holy people to strengthen his people.

The second reading (from the B of T) speaks of Jesus sadness at the evil which has spread to such an extent that souls have nothing to guide them. Jesus tells us that only one third will be able to distinguish between good and evil. He speaks of ‘Souls with hardened hearts, with a hatred for others, a lack of compassion, greed and lust for violence’ who will be admired in the world. Satan’s plan is to destroy souls, but Jesus tells us that He ‘will not hesitate to provide the signs, which are needed to wake (us) up to the Love of God’.

In the third reading, Jesus tells us that “the time to spread his messages is now”. He tells us that His disciples and Sacred Servants will preach from the 4 corners of the earth. He tells usMy Father’s Book, the Holy Bible, will be revisited and My Word will be read again” and that His Word “will be like a sword, which will cut through confusion and lies.”

Jesus instructs us how to convert people: He tells us Please pray for the courage, the strength and the will to do what it is that I ask of you. Remind them that I died for them. Tell them that the time for Me to come again is soon. Comfort them by revealing to them the great Gift of the New Paradise I Am to reveal. Tell them that I Am coming to save them and to end their suffering.”

In these readings, Jesus tells us how He will protect us – through His Holy Word and His disciples which he will send.

God is My Search Engine, not Google.

I had no idea how many bible verses deal with the Second Coming and the times we are in. I could never find them all if I tried! So God keeps giving them to me instead. I also would not even have ‘the eyes to see’ in each passage what He was saying, unless He enabled me; in my mind, heart and spirit. It was not always so.
But what I do have, I must share!
In my heart I pray for Wisdom and I ask God what he wants to show me and share with me today or tonight, before opening my Bible. It is true that nothing is inconsequential in the Word of God and that therefore everything I open upon is important, HOWEVER it is not my doing that each passage, from so many different parts of the Bible are on the same theme, each night in a row. And that God confirms what He is saying through others! So, if you are also willing to listen to what He has to share with you today, join me on the journey of the past few days! Each part will be separately posted, so as to allow you time, as God did for me, to pray earnestly and reflect on what God is saying to you…

Reading 1: Thursday 31st March
God gave me this passage to read about “being fed” and led- (Spiritually and physically) by Him… and therefore not worrying in the time ahead!

(Douay Rheims) 1 Kings 17: 2- 24

[2] And the word of the Lord came to him, saying: [3] Get thee hence, and go towards the east and hide thyself by the torrent of Carith, which is over against the Jordan, [4] And there thou shalt drink of the torrent: and I have commanded the ravens to feed thee there. [5] So he went, and did according to the word of the Lord: and going, he dwelt by the torrent Carith, which is over against the Jordan.
[6] And the ravens brought him bread and flesh in the morning, and bread and flesh in the evening, and he drank of tile torrent. [7] But after some time the torrent was dried up, for it had not rained upon the earth. [8] Then the word of the Lord came to him, saying: [9] Arise, and go to Sarephta of the Sidonians, and dwell there: for I have commanded a widow woman there to feed thee. [10] He arose, and went to Sarephta. And when he was come to the gate of the city, he saw the widow woman gathering sticks, and he called her, and said to her: Give me a little water in a vessel, that I may drink. .
[11] And when she was going to fetch it he called after her, saying: Bring me also, I beseech thee, a morsel of bread in thy hand. [12] And she answered: As the Lord thy God liveth, I have no bread, but only a handful of meal in a pot, and a little oil in a cruse: behold I am gathering two sticks that I may go in and dress it, for me and my son, that we may eat it, and die. [13] And Elias said to her: Fear not, but go, and do as thou hast said: but first make for me of the same meal a little hearth cake, and bring it to me: and after make for thyself and thy son. [14] For thus saith the Lord the God of Israel: The pot of meal shall not waste, nor the cruse of oil be diminished, until the day wherein the Lord will give rain upon the face of the earth. [15] She went and did according to the word of Elias: and he ate, and she, and her house: and from that day
[16] The pot of meal wasted not, and the cruse of oil was not diminished, according to the word of the Lord, which he spoke in the hand of Elias. [17] And it came to pass after this that the son of the woman, the mistress of the house, fell sick, and the sickness was very grievous, so that there was no breath left in him. [18] And she said to Elias: What have I to do with thee, thou man of God? art thou come to me that my iniquities should be remembered, and that thou shouldst kill my son? [19] And Elias said to her: Give me thy son. And he took him out of her bosom, and carried him into the upper chamber where he abode, and laid him upon his own bed. [20] And he cried to the Lord, and said: O Lord my God, hast thou afflicted also the widow, with whom I am after a so maintained, so as to kill her son?
[21] And he stretched, and measured himself upon the child three times, and cried to the Lord, and said: O Lord my God, let the soul of this child, I beseech thee, return into his body. [22] And the Lord heard the voice of Elias: and the soul of the child returned into him, and he revived. [23] And Elias took the child, and brought him down from the upper chamber to the house below, and delivered him to his mother, and said to her: Behold thy son liveth. [24] And the woman said to Elias: Now, by this I know that thou art a man of God, and the word of the Lord in thy mouth is true.
