Pilgrimage Part 1: Salzburg, Austria

We went to a Traditional Latin High Mass at St. SEBASTIEN’s kirche. We presented our petitions for the prayer group and lighted some candles before the statue of St Padre Pio and the beautiful picture of Jesus’ Holy Face. We met the priest afterwards and some lovely parishioners. The latter commented that we stood out because the ladies wore mantilas .

As we walked along a main road through town, we passed a laneway, at the end of which I spied a holy picture. I had to go down and investigate. I was astounded at what I saw – that this could be in a public place and not be destroyed or defaced. The laneway turned in a sharp left and led upwards on a rather steep incline. I saw more up the road, so I had to go and see. My brother soon came looking for me, as I had disappeared from sight and it was too steep for the others to follow. We kept going and discovered that they were stations of the Cross, At the top was the twelfth Station (at the top of the hill). behind it we saw a Church. We mounted the steps and prayed there. We noticed a building behind the twelfth Station , which looked like a church. It was the Capuchin chapel (Kappuziner Kirche).

We went inside and prayed and presented our prayer group intentions.

Later, while on the Sound of Music tour, we stopped off at Mondsee with the beautiful Basilica of St Michael where the

Sound of Music wedding was filmed. We presented our prayer group intentions to Our Lady inside a beautiful
grotto inside the Basilica of St Michael and lit candles.

A Dramatic Start via an Unco-operative Plane

The pilgrims, seven in number at present, first encountered trouble at the airport with a delay of a couple of hours. Never mind; plenty of time to pray and practice offering up “trials and tribulations”! One of the group is terrified of flying. What happened mid-flight would be enough to scare anyone (at least a little bit!)

Here’s the report from V:

“We just spent our first night in Salzburg It took us 3 days to get here. It was great to get a good night’s sleep. We were exhausted after our “adventure” with the plane… It took off 90 mins late because of technical difficulties. Then we were 4 hours out of Dubai and they were just about to serve breakfast when all our TVs went black. The plane had to divert to Colombo in Sri Lanka 20 mins away to make an emergency landing! There were fire brigades waiting for us at Colombo. (*Editor’s note: I think old Hairy Legs may just want to break that plane. Hopefully, a sign that this mission will bear fruit.)

Right: We waited outside the airport (standing for a couple hours) until they sorted out buses for us. Watching was a security guard/policeman/ soldier???

They took us to a hotel an hour out of town to stay overnight. They had to organize 500 people onto buses. Later they had to organize people onto different flights back to Dubai and they put us up in a poshy hotel again.

Anyway, we finally arrived at the first stop of the journey; Salzburg ( a day late). We are going to a Latin Mass and a Sound of Music tour, later this afternoon.

Some of our prayer group members have gone overseas on a pilgrimage. We are hoping to receive beautiful photos and stories from them, which I will share as soon as they are received. And we are fully expecting miracles too! I thought I would share one of the things for which we are praying, with faith.

Jesus said: “Did I not tell you that if you believed you would see the glory of God?” (John 11:40)

There are other stories behind this, such as why we are praying to the Sacred Heart of Jesus for the healing of my young sister, E, of severe, crippling rheumatoid arthritis. Of course, we are always praying for many things daily: foremost is the salvation of souls for Our Lord! This is just one specific request made out of Love to our Beloved Saviour. Here is the email request my mum sent out:

Dear E,

I want you to start saying this prayer Thursday 25^th June for 3 novenas 21 days.

I will say it too. We will finish just a few days after I return.

The last novena will be a thanksgiving novena.

I will ask Our Lady, (while at the pilgrimage site) and St. Padre Pio for your healing.

Jesus always hears our prayers. You know that.

His timing is always right.

Say it with Faith, Hope and Love. EVERY DAY.

I will be saying the prayer below in the third person.

Say all the prayers below each day.

And remember it is the month of the SACRED HEART which loves you very much!!!

Prayer for healing:

Heavenly Father, I call on You right now in a special way.

It is through your power that I was created.

Every breath I take, every morning I wake up

and every moment of every hour, I live under your power.

Father, I ask you now to touch me with that same power.

For if You created me from nothing, You can certainly recreate me.

Fill me with the healing power of your Spirit.

Cast out anything that should not be in me.

Mend what is broken. Root out any unproductive cells.

Open any blocked arteries or veins

and re build any damaged areas.

Remove all inflammation and cleanse any infection.

Let the warmth of your healing love pass through my body

to make new any unhealthy areas

so that my body will function the way You created it to function.

And Father, restore me to full health in mind and body

so that I may serve You the rest of my life.

I ask this through the intercession of Mother Mary, Health of the sick

and your Son Jesus Christ Our Lord. Amen.

Prayer Group Miracle on Thursday, October 3rd 2013

It seems that I cannot fail to write this because I have just been reminded by a heavenly being! While I'm not really sure who, I suspect St Therese.

On Thursday while at prayer group, just after the Rosary, and prayers for the Pope, I quite unexpectedly smelt a beautiful smell of flowers; a beautiful bouquet, not quite like standard roses. I don't know how to describe it except that it was heavenly as it seemed to me and It reminded me of a healing balm, maybe because I was thinking of another prayer group member with a serious illness. I thought it smelt like a holy oil that I once had, that had come from a miraculous statue of Our Lady. It wafted my way several times and caused joy and wonder in me. I thought I would not say anything in case it seemed like 'pride', unless someone else spoke of it.

When we finished our prayers, my mum spoke up and asked if anyone had smelt that beautiful perfume that entered the room? I then felt free to confirm that I had! So did a couple of others.

Another member (B) wanted to be prudent (and be sure we weren't misguided) so she suggested that we check it was not each person's personal perfume they were wearing or the flowers beside Our Lady's Statue. It wasn't, as far as we could tell.One person realised it was the Feast of St Therese of Lisieux (traditional feast/Latin Mass calendar) and suggested that it may have been St Therese. It was not anyone's scent that we could find or trace in the room, but letting the matter rest, we went back to begin Our Divine Mercy Chaplet and Crusade prayers.

Again as we prayed several of us smelt the perfume again, which came and went, appearing at different places around the room. T smelt it too (near the coffee table under the cuckoo clock) (B) said "someone is there".

After prayer time, Mum discussed whether, if it was a sign from St. Therese, that we should adopt her as another patron saint of our prayer group, along with St Benedict.

I wanted to ponder the meaning of this sign a little more...and did so on the long journey home. I was convinced that it was a miraculous sign and knew that Jesus promised miracles to His Crusade Prayer Groups, including signs, conversions as well as healings.

Towards home I decided to relate the event to my daughter and in doing so, some things occurred to me. MDM had a vision/s of numerous saints at the beginning of her calling by God, that she did not recognise, but Jesus said he was sending them specifically to help her in His Mission. That was what it meant: God had sent a saint to help us in our prayer, as part of His Mission.

I have always thought that any sign that occurs to any of us is for the benefit of all of us and must be shared, including with those absent, so I determined to write it down.

When I got home, I walked into my bedroom ensuite where I have a Columban calendar with beautiful artwork of Our Lady, on the wall to check the saint of the day. As I looked to the name, St Therese, the perfume occurred to me again, very strongly so it could not be mistaken or ignored, causing great wonder and joy! I rang mum and told her; this was great confirmation. I also resolved more firmly to "tell the others" and put it in writing,especially for the member who was sick.

As I had many chores I put it aside till the next day and went to bed.
The next day (Friday 4.10.13) was very busy and coming home I was again very busy with chores and had completely forgotten my resolve. But that, apparently, would not do! At the completion of my immediate chores (early evening) I walked into my ensuite and smelt the perfume again!

One of my young children came in to find me and I asked her if she also could smell it? She said she could smell flowers and roses. I immediately thought that this was a reminder that I should go and write it down, as I promised, so that others could share this miracle!

I don't know whether it was a sign from St Therese, but upon reading her story later that night, it did say that she often sends the scent of roses (or an actual rose) as a miraculous sign of her intercession. I am wondering, was anyone praying through her intercession specifically? (Apart from the whole universal church because it was her feast day!)

Further note:
* the scent was not like that of the roses that I have previously associated with Our Lady. It was a more subtle, gentler, mixed scent.

Blessed be God in His angels and in His saints!

RESPONSE sent via return emails on Saturday 5th October by my mum and another prayer group member (C)Donna,

I sent your email to (C) as she was not at the prayer meeting on Thursday.

And guess what? She was praying to St Therese!!!

I think Our Lady of the Rosary is still relevant because it was right at the end of the Rosary.

A long time ago there was this guy (with curly, woolly hair) who sent all these books to bishops and priests.

He used to always talk about the miracles of Rosary prayer groups that would happen in the future.

I think we are truly blessed.

This is also the month of the Rosary.

And St Therese is one of Australia’s patron saints.

Hi … , I haven’t even read all the other letters yet but I couldn’t
wait to reply when I read the part where Donna asked if anyone had
specifically asked for St Therese’s intercession that day, and as she is
a favourite saint of mine I prayed a lot to her that day as it was her feast
day, I prayed at Mass then at home in the afternoon and I specifically
asked her to send a rose from the heavenly garden as a sign she was
indeed listening, now I am very emotional having read Donna’s letter,
I believe it is indeed a sign that we are not alone and have lots of heavenly
helpers, I have another story about St Therese, I’ll tell you on Thursday
GOD willing, now I’ll read the rest of the emails, thank you so much for

Urgent Prayer Needed for Australia

30th May, 2015

We were all shocked at the news from Ireland- that this could happen so suddenly!

Within days, our Leader of the opposition, Bill Shorten, announced that he would introduce a Private Members’ Bill into Parliament regarding same-sex marriage rights.

We sprung into action and organised a Holy Hour of prayer to pray that this does not happen.

If you are not Australian, don’t relax – your country could be next.

The only answer is prayer and action.

Please pray an avalanche of prayer for Australia till at least the Tuesday evening announcement.

Beg God to change all the minds of these MPs so that they do not allow this bill for homosexual marriage, to get past the lower house.

Offer whatever you can to uphold the Holy Will of God and His Most Holy Word. Pray the prayer below throughout the day and the Holy Rosary and Chaplet of Mercy. Fast, pray, hold prayer vigils. Offer God whatever you are able.

God loves these souls (practising homosexuality) and does not want them to be bound or condoned in their sin. Their souls matter just as much as our own.

This is spiritual warfare so please assist your fellow soldiers in the fight for Christianity and for souls, with your finest spiritual weapons! You know what they are.

Understanding what is written in Scripture regarding these times

Our Lady to Fr Gobbi:
“Know how to read and to meditate upon that which, in sacred scripture, has been clearly described for you to help you understand the time in which you are living. With my motherly voice I am leading you all to understand the signs of the great tribulation. From the Gospels, from the Letters of the Apostles and from the Book of the Apocalypse, sure signs have been clearly described for you to make you understand what the period of the great tribulation is. All these signs are in the act of being realized in your time. “

First of all, a great apostasy is spreading in every part of the Church, through the lack of faith which is flooding even among its very pastors. Satan has succeeded in spreading everywhere the great apostasy, by means of his subtle work of seduction, which has brought many to be alienated from the truth of the Gospel to follow the fables of the new theological theories and to take delight in evil and in sin, sought after as an actual good.
Then, in your time, overturnings of the order of nature are multiplying, such as earthquakes, droughts, floods, and disasters which cause the unforeseen death of thousands of persons, followed by epidemics and incurable diseases which are spreading everywhere.

Moreover, your days are marked by continual rumors of wars which are multiplying and are reaping, each day, innumerable victims. Conflicts and dissensions within countries are increasing; revolts and struggles between various peoples are propagating; bloody wars are continuing to extend themselves, notwithstanding all the efforts which are being made to attain peace.

Finally, in your time, there are occurring great signs in the sun, on the moon and in the stars. The miracle of the sun which took place at Fatima was a sign I gave you to warn you that the times of these extraordinary phenomena which are taking place in the heavens have now arrived. And how many times during my present apparitions have you yourselves been able to contemplate the great prodigies that are taking place in the sun.”

The Faithful Remnant

Fr. Gobbi:
“In these times, in the Catholic Church, there will remain a little remnant who will be faithful to Christ, to the Gospel, and to its entire truth. The little remnant will form a little flock, all guarded in the depths of my Immaculate Heart. “Those who hope in Me, and believe in My words, have nothing to fear because I will not forsake them, nor those who spread My message. No harm will come to those who are in the state of grace and who seek My mother’s protection”

“Pray very much the prayers of the Rosary. I alone am able still to save you from the calamities which approach. Those who place their confidence in me will be saved.”

The Great Chastisement and the Three Days Of Darkness

St Faustina:
“All light in the heavens will be extinguished, and there will be great darkness over the whole earth,”
Our Lady of La Salette:
“Physical and moral agonies will be suffered”

Our Lady of Akita:
“As I told you, if men do not repent and better themselves, the Father will inflict a terrible punishment on all humanity. It will be a punishment greater than the deluge, such as one will never have seen before. Fire will fall from the sky and will wipe out a great part of humanity, the good as well as the bad, sparing neither priests nor faithful. The survivors will find themselves so desolate that they will envy the dead. The only arms which will remain for you will be the Rosary and the Sign left by my Son. Each day, recite the prayers of the Rosary. With the Rosary, pray for the Pope, the bishops and the priests.”

St Padre Pio:
“Stay united in prayer and watching until the angel of destruction has passed your doors. Pray that these days will be shortened. My children, have confidence, I am in the midst of you. My kingdom shall be glorified and my name shall be blessed from the rising of the sun unto the setting. My kingdom shall have no end. “
“Pray! Men are running toward the abyss of hell in great rejoicing and merry-making, as though to a masquerade ball or the wedding feast of the devil himself. … The day of revenge, with its terrifying happenings is near!–nearer than you can imagine! And the world is sleeping in false security! The Divine judgment shall strike them like a thunderbolt! These godless and wicked people shall be destroyed without mercy, as were the inhabitants of Sodom and Gomorrah of old. Yes, I tell you their wickedness was not as great as that of our human race of today!. ”

“Keep your windows well covered. Do not look out. Light a blessed candle, which will suffice for many days. Pray the rosary. Read spiritual books. Make acts of love which are so pleasing to Us. Pray with outstretched arms, or prostrate on the ground, in order that many souls may be saved. Do not go outside the house. Provide yourself with sufficient food. The Powers of nature shall be moved and a rain of fire shall make people tremble with fear. Have courage! I am in the midst of you.”

“Take care of the animals during these days. I am the Creator and Preserver of all animals as well as man. I shall give you a few signs beforehand, at which time you should place more food before them. I will preserve the property of the elect, including the animals, for they shall be in need of sustenance afterwards as well. Let no one go across the yard, even to feed the animals–he who steps outside will perish! Cover your windows carefully. My elect shall not see My wrath. Have confidence in Me, and I will be your protection. Your confidence obliges Me to come to your aid.”

“The hour of My coming is near! But I will show mercy. A most dreadful punishment will bear witness to the times. My angels, who are to be the executioners of this work, are ready with their pointed swords! Hurricanes of fire will pour forth from the clouds and spread over the entire earth! Storms, bad weather, thunderbolts and earthquakes will cover the earth for two days. An uninterrupted rain of fire will take place! It will begin during a very cold night. All this is to prove that God is the Master of Creation.”

Fr. Gobbi:
“Because this humanity has not accepted my repeated call to conversion, to repentance, and a return to God, there is about to fall upon it the greatest chastisement which the history of mankind has ever known. It is a chastisement much greater than that of the flood . Fire will fall from heaven and a great part of humanity will be destroyed”.
“…A chastisement worse than the flood is about to come upon this poor and perverted humanity. Fire will descend from heaven and this will be the sign that the justice of God has as of now fixed the hour of His great manifestation. “

“Peace will come, after the event of the terrible chastisement , which I have already announced to you beforehand, at the dawn of this century of yours.”

He, who out of curiosity, opens his window to look out, or leaves his home, will fall dead on the spot. During these three days, people should remain in their homes, pray the Rosary and beg God for mercy.”
