We ARE in Lent: in more ways than one!

AM+DG

(This post refers to our JtM Prayer group meetings on 28th Feb; and on the 7th March. This post is about our meeting and the actual messages read on 7th March, 2019.  (See  https://remnantdisciplesjtm.com/2019/03/09/jtm-crusade-prayer-meeting-on-thurs-7th-march-2019/  for the exact words of the readings.)

The themes seemed to be a continuation from our last Thursday Meeting on 28 Feb. (Last week’s we had already discussed: See:   https://remnantdisciplesjtm.com/2019/03/08/the-modern-day-king-herod-and-the-thorn-in-his-side-cardinal-pell/ )

It seems that Jesus had an interesting sequence of messages planned for us and He is drawing attention to the season. Not just the literal season but our ‘season’ in Biblical History. He is drawing our attention to the signs of the times as He warns us in the Gospels:

“Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near, so also, when you see all these things, you know that he is near, right at the very gates.” (Matt. 24: 32-35)

Read all of Matthew Chapter 24 (see http://www.usccb.org/bible/matthew/24  ) and pray for understanding about the signs being provided.

So why do I say that Jesus was drawing attention to the parallel of the seasons? Between the Catholic Church, the world and His Word?

Several things are overlapping in the history of His Church, in her current season- which is one of mourning (for the extent of child abuse, for the killing and persecution of true brothers and sisters in Christ and for the abandonment of true Teaching focusing on God’s Word) as well as the literal season of Lent in the liturgical cycle; there are things happening to Christians everywhere, in the natural world as well as the political one which fulfill Biblical prophecy. In fact, as I write this on March 8th (the First Friday in Lent), we see the danger of the Abomination of Desolation being set up to be introduced into the Temple of God. More on that later.

This is how Our Lord is opening our eyes even further at our prayer group, through a sequence of readings on a particular day…

Firstly, last week’s reading was about John the Baptist. We used a different bible and a different person opened it- but again, this week, it was about John the Baptist; at the beginning of his ministry in the Gospel of Mark- just before the official start of Jesus’ public ministry.

The themes were fasting, turning from sin, evangelization… “Lent!” my mum observed, whose season started for us the day before (on Ash Wednesday).  In actual fact, we finished the reading in Mark with Jesus in the desert for 40 days rejecting temptation- which is the exact reason- a direct connection to why we practice self-denial, turning from sin and renewal of our baptismal promises in Lent- which lasts 40 days. Because of this desert experience of Jesus and the exhortations of St. John. Furthermore, what does John the Baptist do, except prepare a way for The Lord?

Is this not what he exhorts us to do also, in relation to Christ’s Second Coming? In preparation for the Great Tribulation? Would not God warn us again? Through His prophets or through one specific prophet; especially if we were entering the times immediately preceding His Second Coming? Like a modern day John the Baptist? This is exactly what He has done through the Book of Truth – prophesied in Daniel to be revealed in these times.

man-shall-not-live-by-bread-alone-but-by-every-word-that-proceeds-from-the-mouth-of-god-jesus-christ

The second and third readings at our Thursday prayer groups are always from this Book of Truth, which was given through one of God’s prophets: specifically to prepare His people (all of you) for His Second Coming and to lead us through the chastisements and Tribulation. God said He would send this (in Daniel); and that the Lamb of God (Jesus) would open the Seal and that He is the only One who can reveal the contents. So those of you who believe in the Second Coming, should have been expecting these prophecies to be revealed in these times.

Our second reading from the Book of Truth was about looking forward with hope – to a glorious future after all the terrible chastisements and the reign of the AC. It is like the hope of the Resurrection celebrated at Easter, at the end of Lent.  The second resurrection is that of the dead, and the fulfillment of God’s Promise on earth (as it is in heaven.) There is no Easter without the Passion and the Cross, as we are undergoing now. I made that connection because mum drew the parallel to Lent.

It seemed like a sequence of messages: two about John leading us to Jesus, and then pointing to the Resurrection.

The last reading was a prophecy which again, now, we see being fulfilled. The news that came in today was ringing of long prophesied future changes in the Mass. The Trojan – horse mechanism is that of the Youth Synod and the Plenary Council (in Australia), even Bishop Conferences in other countries. More about that in the next article – so the alarm can be sounded!

A final note:

If you have not read the Book of Truth, how do you expect to be prepared for Christ’s Second Coming? Do not reject God’s word through His prophets.

He has always sent them for a reason.

Crusader Will: The Big One? That’s about the size of it!

A quake survivor gets quite apocalyptic in his reactions.
A real apocalypse may come as something of an anti-climax.
Whatever way the era’s set to end,
a further quake could easily preempt all that.
You develop a constant sense of overhang;
The literal is as much on the cards as the metaphoric.
It might be a mercy, to judge by the prophecies.
As long as it’s quick.  You don’t want to be trapped
underneath all that rubble, awaiting the inevitable.
Besides, I mightn’t survive the Tribulation
with my soul intact. Better to take me
in the state of grace, not as a total test-failure.

To lose a great deal of your interest
because of seismic shifts is one thing;
to lose your immortal soul
because of the reign of the Beast,
is quite another.

The new earth may be a real draw-card,
but you might have to settle for the old heaven instead,
and predecease the Last Day –
only resurrection seems to require prior crucifixion.
Oh well. you might get that with the Church,
the way it’s all shaping up.

Bible Reading

1. John 11:1-27

The Raising of Lazarus. 1Now a man was ill, Lazarus from Bethany, the village of Mary and her sister Martha. 2 Mary was the one who had anointed the Lord with perfumed oil and dried his feet with her hair; it was her brother Lazarus who was ill. 3 So the sisters sent word to him, saying, “Master, the one you love is ill.” When Jesus heard this he said, “This illness is not to end in death, but is for the glory of God, that the Son of God may be glorified through it.” 5 Now Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus.  6 So when he heard that he was ill, he remained for two days in the place where he was. 7 Then after this he said to his disciples, “Let us go back to Judea.”  8 The disciples said to him, “Rabbi, the Jews were just trying to stone you, and you want to go back there?” 9 Jesus answered, “Are there not twelve hours in a day? If one walks during the day, he does not stumble, because he sees the light of this world. 10 But if one walks at night, he stumbles, because the light is not in him.”11 He said this, and then told them, “Our friend Lazarus is asleep, but I am going to awaken him.” 12 So the disciples said to him, “Master, if he is asleep, he will be saved.” 13 But Jesus was talking about his death, while they thought that he meant ordinary sleep. 14 So then Jesus said to them clearly, “Lazarus has died. 15 And I am glad for you that I was not there, that you may believe. Let us go to him.” 16 So Thomas, called Didymus, said to his fellow disciples, “Let us also go to die with him.”

17 When Jesus arrived, he found that Lazarus had already been in the tomb for four days. 18 Now Bethany was near Jerusalem, only about two miles away. 19 And many of the Jews had come to Martha and Mary to comfort them about their brother. 20 When Martha heard that Jesus was coming, she went to meet him; but Mary sat at home. 21 Martha said to Jesus, “Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died. 22 [But] even now I know that whatever you ask of God, God will give you.” 23 Jesus said to her, “Your brother will rise.” 24 Martha said to him, “I know he will rise, in the resurrection on the last day.” 25 Jesus told her, “I am the resurrection and the life; whoever believes in me, even if he dies, will live, 26 and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?” 27 She said to him, “Yes, Lord. I have come to believe that you are the Messiah, the Son of God, the one who is coming into the world.”

2. God the Father: Without Me you could not exist

October 28, 2014 @ 8:20pm

My dearest daughter, My children must know that there is only one God. Only one.  Any other exists only in the minds of man. Any other god is an abomination in My Eyes and the man who succumbs to worshipping false gods, serves only the devil, who delights in man’s fall from grace.

I Am the Beginning and the End. Nothing can prevail against Me. Even the demons and fallen angels, which I cast into the abyss, will never stand before Me and challenge Me, for they are without such power.

So many religions have been founded by fallible man, and this has caused much confusion.  From the beginning I spoke with One Voice and, until the end, there can only be One Voice. The world is Mine for I created it.  I created every living thing. I also created My Heavenly Hierarchy from which I threw out those angels who defied and betrayed Me.  Many of these fallen angels communicate with My children who have created a new age form of spiritualism. I warn those of you who adore false gods, through the pursuit of such practices. Such spiritualism will expose your souls to evil spirits whose only desire is to destroy your souls.

These false angels are demons, disguised as living spirits of the light, and they will seduce you into believing falsities.  Every lie about My Heavenly Hierarchy will be fed to you so that you will place all your needs before satan and evil spirits. All they do is savage your souls like wild beasts and then leave you empty and bereft of any love.  At first, when you give yourself over to such idolatry, you will be given a false sense of peace.  Demons can give such powers but they are short-lived. For once they gain access to your souls, they will torment you and goad you into demonic acts.

I Am all that was in the Beginning and I Am the End. All begins and ends with Me.  When you place false gods before Me, and do this because of your selfish desire to seek pleasure, power and control of your destiny, you are guilty of breaking My First Commandment.

Without Me you could not exist. Without Me you have no future. Without My Son you cannot come to Me.  Reject My only beloved Son, Jesus Christ, the True Messiah, and you reject Me.

The Truth was first given to the world when paganism was rife. The Truth was given to the world with the birth of My Son and generations were converted. The Truth is being given again to the world now, as the great apostasy strangles the souls of those who believe in My Son, and at a time when paganism is rife again. Just as it was in the beginning when I was rejected by ungrateful men so, too, will it be in the end, when men’s hearts will turn to stone and their souls, will be given away freely to the devil. Then, the world as you know it, will be no more as the New Heaven and the New Earth merge as one. Finally, peace will reign again and I will unite those who choose to come with Me.

Your beloved Father
God the Most High

3. Pain and persecution inflicted upon Me by those sects who work in secret to topple the Holy See is severe

6 May 2012 @ 7:30pm

My dearly beloved daughter, I come to beg My followers to ease My suffering. The pain and persecution inflicted upon Me, by those sects who work in secret to topple the Holy See, is severe.

How they hurt Me so. The deceit and cruelty, of their plot against Me, is hard to bear. I tremble when I see the absolute hatred that they hold in their hearts for Me.

Satan has stolen their souls, their minds, their spirits and their bodies. They are still God’s children, but they do not want anything to do with My Father.

Their plans are now taking place before your eyes, including the eyes of My sacred servants, yet they cannot see this. The wicked ways, in which they hide and yet manage to control My Church, breaks My Heart.

I will do anything to get them to stop, but their souls are so black.

Your suffering, My daughter, will be used to help salvage the souls of those who may still have a spark of love within and who will respond to My Call.

I urge you to pray for those souls, working as a dedicated Army, with little love in their hearts for God.

There is still a Light, the Divine Light of My Father, present in their souls. Only prayer and suffering can help them.

They will not and cannot, defeat My Church, for I Am the Church.

You, My followers, are the Church. They cannot fight those in the Light, for it would blind them.

In time they will realise they have but seconds to make the final choice.

Pray that they will accept the Hand of My Mercy, instead of allowing themselves to be sucked into the lake of fire for eternity.

It is because of these souls who defile My Church, that I relive the Scourging at the Pillar, every second of the day.

I will never rest unless I can save them.

Help Me. I urge all of My followers to pray for such sinners.

Your beloved Jesus

Happy, Holy Easter

John 11: 25-26

Jesus said to her:

I am the Resurrection and the Life: he that believeth in Me, although he be dead, shall live and everyone that liveth, and believeth in me, shall not die for ever.

Believest thou this?
