 Reading from the Book of Truth:

Mother of Salvation: Beware of the man, who declares himself to be the Son of Man   

(19 September 2014)

 My dear child, it has been foretold that many False Prophets will arise and that, during this time, they will spread untruths about the word of God. They will arise in their hundreds of thousands and be endorsed by those who claim to represent My Son’s servants. They will preach in small, as well as large, groups and you will know them by the false prophecies, which they will reveal to the world. They will be seen as very holy people, and some will say that they have great healing powers of the flesh as well as the spirit.

Some will wear the garments of holy men and they will promote a new missal, which will deviate from the truth. Many people will be confused by their teachings, as they will mix their false claims with part of the truth. One of their objectives will be to be seen to prepare the world for the second coming of Christ and they will create great anticipation of this event amongst My Son’s followers.

But, it will not be My Son, Jesus Christ, they will be preparing God’s children to welcome. No.  It will be the Antichrist. Grave errors, will be revealed by them in connection with the Book of Revelation as they will twist the contents of this holy book. Few will know that they are being fed lies and the greatest untruth, which they will proclaim, will be this. They will say that Jesus Christ, the Son of Man, will make himself known in the world soon. That he will come in the flesh. That he will walk amongst his people and that he will raise them up on the last day. This could never happen for My Son, who came in the flesh, the first time, through his birth, will never come in the flesh at his second coming. Beware of the man, who declares himself to be the Son of Man, who calls you to him, for he will not be from God. My Son will come in the clouds just as he left the Earth during his ascension into Heaven so, too, will it be on the last day.

Thoughts /  Reflection

 This reading warns us against the antichrist to come and the false prophets who will prepare us for his coming. These latter will actually preach in groups, but they will mix error with truth – and people will be confused. Our Lady also warns us against the new missal, which they will be promoting. Our dearest Mother is warning us what to expect. She tells us the errors they will be spreading, so that we will be caught in the ant-christ’s web.

Forewarned is fore-armed!!

God the Father: Children we are but just a short time away from the Great Day       (23 August,  2013)

My dearest daughter, while the world strives to make sense out of the despair they witness, know that all of these turmoils must take place, before I bring all those who love me into my place of refuge.

You will soon know who I am, children.

Those of you who are unsure of me will see the truth at last and this will bring you great peace.

The evil in the world increases now and the deceit descends.

You must be strong, I plead with you, as I await now the day when the renewal will begin and all of My children will find solace on the day, when My Beloved Son declares himself.

What you are witnessing is a battle between my Heavenly hierarchy and Satan and all his demons.

It is frightening and very upsetting for many of you, but know that I will intervene to ease your pain.

Know that you are mine and that I will bring peace to the world, when I have rid it of infestation.

Children, we are but just a short time away from the great day and while much still has to take place, where the sacred name of My Son will be torn apart, it will be swift.

You must look now to the future, as it is a glittering jewel of such magnitude that on the day when you enter the new era of peace, you will have forgotten the persecution inflicted upon the world by the evil one.

You must do as My Son instructs you. You must remain calm as the seals are revealed to you, which are all for your own good and those whose souls I ask you to plead for My Mercy.

If you stay true to my commandments and live your lives in union with My Son, you will be half way there.

If you remain firm to the sacraments and refuse to participate in pagan rituals, which honour the beast, then you will find much favour with me.

Go and remember that I am the almighty one and that all power is mine.

Soon, I will destroy the wicked and unveil my New Paradise to you.

Be patient. Trust in me.

Follow My Son and accept the gifts, which he and his Beloved Mother, the Immaculate Virgin Mary, bring you, in the form of the Crusade Prayers and the medal of salvation.

Finally accept my seal as one of the greatest gifts I have given humanity since I gave them life.

I give life again with my special graces when you hold close to you, the seal of the living God.

All those with the seal are granted a place in the New Paradise.

I love you, children, but I am your Father and I must allow these trials, as they will help me to weed out those who will never deviate from the side of the beast.The time I spend trying to win over their hearts creates a terrible and hateful battle, with millions of fallen angels and demons, even though it be just one soul.

Remain comforted in the knowledge that I bless all of you, who are pure and humble of heart.

I love all of you, so you must never give up when all seems hopeless, for my power means that the destruction of evil is under my control.

You must place all your trust in me, especially at this time, when you feel that My Justice is harsh.

Thoughts /  Reflection

In this reading, God the Father speaks of the protection He offers us – in form of the Seal, The Crusade prayers and t\he  medal of Salvation. He reminds us of what we gain at the end – the new era of peace! He speaks as a loving Father who tells us what to expect – the deceit, despair and turmoil, but he tells us that it is only a short time away.

He encourages us and tells us what we should do – remain calm ,and stay true to the commandments and the Sacraments, and stay away from pagan rituals. He reassures us that he knows it is frightening for us, but that He has it all under control. 

These messages, although scary to think about sometimes, make us feel calm and secure and protected by our loving Father. We just have to obey His instructions.

It feels as though things are starting in earnest, and we all live in expectation.

[4] And he, beholding him, being seized with fear, said: What is it, Lord? And he said to him: Thy prayers and thy alms are ascended for a memorial in the sight of God. [5] And now send men to Joppe, and call hither one Simon, who is surnamed Peter:

[6] He lodgeth with one Simon a tanner, whose house is by the sea side. He will tell thee what thou must do. [7] And when the angel who spoke to him was departed, he called two of his household servants, and a soldier who feared the Lord, of them that were under him. [8] To whom when he had related all, he sent them to Joppe. [9] And on the next day, whilst they were going on their journey, and drawing nigh to the city, Peter went up to the higher parts of the house to pray, about the sixth hour. [10] And being hungry, he was desirous to taste somewhat. And as they were preparing, there came upon him an ecstasy of mind.

[28] And he said to them: You know how abominable it is for a man that is a Jew, to keep company or to come unto one of another nation: but God hath shewed to me, to call no man common or unclean. [30] And Cornelius said: Four days ago, unto this hour, I was praying in my house, at the ninth hour, and behold a man stood before me in white apparel, and said:

[31] Cornelius, thy prayer is heard, and thy alms are had in remembrance in the sight of God. [32] Send therefore to Joppe, and call hither Simon, who is surnamed Peter: he lodgeth in the house of Simon a tanner, by the sea side. [33] Immediately therefore I sent to thee: and thou hast done well in coming. Now therefore all we are present in thy sight, to hear all things whatsoever are commanded thee by the Lord. [34] And Peter opening his mouth, said: In very deed I perceive, that God is not a respecter of persons. [35] But in every nation, he that feareth him, and worketh justice, is acceptable to him.

[35] In every nation: That is to say, not only Jews, but Gentiles also, of what nation soever, are acceptable to God, if they fear him and work justice. But then true faith is always to be presupposed, without which (saith St. Paul, Heb. 11. 6) it is impossible to please God. Beware then of the error of those, who would infer from this passage, that men of all religions may be pleasing to God. For since none but the true religion can be from God, all other religions must be from the father of lies, and therefore highly displeasing to the God of truth.

Thoughts on this reading:

Cornelius was a centurion, not a Jew, but he feared God. An angel apppeared to him and told him to call for Peter. He sent some servants to do this. At the same time, Peter, while praying had a vision of a a linen cloth being let down from heaven with all sorts of animals. He didn’t know what it meant. A voice told Peter to kill and eat, but Peter refused. He said that the animals were unclean. He didn’t know what the vision meant, but then 3 men sent by Cornelius came to the door. They stayed the night and the next day he went with them to Cornelius.

When they got there, Cornelius, who was a just man,  had assembled a group of family and friends, ready to meet Peter. Peter realized, that in every nation, there are people who fear God – they are not all “unclean”. The faith of Cornelius came from God.

The warning for us is that  we must fear God, and our beliefs must come from Him.  It also shows us the mercy of God to all – irrespective of nation, provided that they want God’s mercy. (Cornelius called for Peter, and got all his friends there as well.)

Other thoughts on this reading:

The reading is  about listening to heavenly visions and to God’s inspirations. It is about allowing God to reveal their meaning and the Holy Spirit to reveal it amongst us. (e.g. at our prayer groups.) This is not always instantaneous- as Peter finds out, but little lessons can be enormously significant. God worked through both Peter and Cornelius  at the same time ( through a vision and an angel) and brought them together. Lastly the Holy Spirit revealed the meaning to all.

It is also about following the inspirations, that we have – in doing God’s work, and in spreading His Word.

We prayed today for protection against the false prophet and the antichrist.This was very appropriate for us in these days where the teachings of Jesus Christ and the ten commandments are being twisted to suit man, and turn away for God and His commandments.

Prophecies for the Church TODAY – in light of francis’ recent comments.

Prophecy of Blessed Anne Catherine Emmerich : (on Communion for divorced/remarried?)

April 12, 1820 “I had another vision of the great tribulation. It seems to me that a concession was demanded from the clergy which could not be granted. I saw many older priests, especially one, who wept bitterly. A few younger ones were also weeping. But others, and the lukewarm among them, readily did what was demanded. It was as if people were splitting into two camps…”

Comments ( by DL and RS):

Could this prophecy have something to do with admitting divorced/remarried to Holy Communion?  (Bergoglio: “I can say yes. Period.”)

It seems to fit.  I am sure there are many priests (and faithful) who are crying bitterly!

It also seems to tie right in with prophecies of the schism –“people splitting into two camps…”

This definitely is a concession that cannot be granted. If you do not turn from mortal sin, you cannot receive Christ in the Eucharist and as a priest, you cannot give Him. The very thought continues to make me feel sick and grieved.

Other relevant prophecies:

Pope St. Leo the Great (400-461)  “He that sees another in error, and endeavors not to correct it, testifies himself to be in error.”

Pope St. Felix III (†492) “Not to oppose error, is to approve it, and not to defend truth is to suppress it, and indeed to neglect to confound evil men, when we can do it, is no less a sin than to encourage them.”

Pope Pius IX (1792-1878) “There will come a great prodigy, which will fill the world with awe. But this prodigy will be preceded by the triumph of a revolution during which the Church will go through ordeals that are beyond description.” “Liberal Catholics are the worst enemies of the Church.”

Eugene Cardinal Pacelli (the future Pope Pius XII) in 1931: “I am worried by the Blessed Virgin’s messages to Lucy of Fatima. This persistence of Mary about the dangers which menace the Church is a Divine warning against the suicide of altering the Faith, in Her liturgy, Her theology and Her soul...I hear all around me innovators who wish to dismantle the Sacred Chapel, destroy the universal flame of the true Faith of the Church, reject Her ornaments and make Her feel remorse for Her historical past.”… “A day will come when the civilized world will deny its God, when the Church will doubt as Peter doubted. She will be tempted to believe that man has become God. …”

Our Lady of Good Success: ...“The secular clergy will leave much to be desired because priests will become careless in their sacred duties. … How the Church will suffer during this dark night! Lacking a prelate and a father (Bishop of Rome/Pope) to guide them …many priests will lose their spirit, placing their souls in great danger.”

Our Lady of LaSalette  (19 September, 1846) “The Church will be in eclipse…. Rome will lose the faith and become the seat of the Antichrist.”-

St. Antony of Egypt (251-356) “Men will surrender to the spirit of the age. They will say that if they had lived in our day, faith would be simple and easy. But in their day, they will say, things are complex; the Church must be brought up to date and made meaningful to the day’s problems. When the Church and the World are one, then those days are at hand. Because our Divine Master placed a barrier between His things and the things of the world.”

St. Thomas Aquinas (1225-1274) “It is absurd for a heretic to say that he believes in Jesus Christ. To believe in a person is to give our full consent to his word and to all he teaches. True faith, therefore, is absolute belief in Jesus Christ and in all He taught. Hence, he who does not adhere to everything Jesus Christ has prescribed for our salvation does not have any more of the Doctrine of Jesus Christ than the pagans, Jews and Mohammedans.”

St. Francis of Paola (1416-1507)    “During this unhappy period there will be laxity in divine and human precepts. Discipline will suffer. The Holy Canons will be completely disregarded and the clergy will not respect the laws of the Church. The Holy Canons and religious dogmas are clouded by senseless questions and elaborate arguments. As a result, no principle at all, however holy, authentic, ancient, and certain it may be, will not remain free of censure, criticism, false interpretations, modifications and delamination by man.

Bl Anne Catherine Emmerich “…Among the strangest things that I saw, were long processions of bishops. Their thoughts and utterances were made known to me through images issuing from their mouths. Their faults towards religion were shown by external deformities. A few had only a body, with a dark cloud of fog instead of a head. Others had only a head, their bodies and hearts were like thick vapors. Some were lame; others were paralytics; others were asleep or staggering.”

“I saw what I believe to be nearly all the bishops of the world, but only a small number were perfectly sound…”

“Then I saw that everything that pertained to Protestantism was gradually gaining the upper hand, and the Catholic religion fell into complete decadence…”

 La Salette:  Mélanie Calvat (1831-1904)  Our Lady of LaSalette declared to Melanie: “The Church will be in eclipse.” (“Eclipse” means hidden; covered up; seeming to disappear. The Holy Scriptures say: “Where there is Peter, there is the Church.” Melanie understood that Peter would be hidden along with the Church, and that his “eclipse” would be a prelude to the disappearance of the Mass. )

For, in commenting on this part of the secret, Melanie said to the French Abbot Combe, “The Church will be eclipsed. At first, we will not know which is the true pope. Then secondly, the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will cease to be offered in churches and houses; it will be such that, for a time, there will not be public services any more. But I see that the Holy Sacrifice has not really ceased: it will be offered in barns, in alcoves, in caves, and underground.” Abbot Combe: “The Secret of Melanie and the Actual Crisis”, Rome, 1906, p.137.

Marie-Julie Jahenny (1850-1941) Stigmatist   29th March, 1879 “The abandoned church will be without its supreme Head who governs and directs it1; For quite a long time the Church must be deprived of all prayer, all offices; exiled from God and the Saints. They also intend to remove all Crucifixes and statues of the Saints from all the shrines and throw them in a profane place to break them with joy.”   (1This could refer to the resignation of Benedict )

27 November 27, 1902; 10 May 10, 1904   “I give you a WARNING. The disciples who are not of My Gospel are now working hard to remake according to their ideas and under the influence of the enemy of Souls a MASS that contains words that are ODIOUS in my sight. When the fatal hour arrives when the faith of my priests is put to the test, it will be (these texts) that will be celebrated in this second period. [This does not refer to Novus Ordo because this comes at a time of persecution according to the next statement below.]

The First period is the one of my priesthood which exists since Me. The second is the one of the persecution when the enemies of the Faith and of Holy Religion will impose their formulas in the book of the second celebration. These infamous spirits are those who crucified Me and are awaiting the kingdom of the NEW MESSIAH!”

St. Faustina  Stigmatist  December 17, 1936  from St. Faustina’s Diary #823: 17th December, [1936].  “ I have offered this day for priests.  I have suffered more today than ever before, both interiorly and exteriorly.  I did not know it was possible to suffer so much in one day.  I tried to make a Holy Hour, in the course of which my spirit had a taste of the bitterness of the Garden of Gethsemane.  I am fighting alone, supported by His arm, against all the difficulties that face me like unassailable walls.  But I trust in the power of his name and I fear nothing.

( Note that 17 December 1936 is the birthday of Jorge Bergoglio. Was St. Faustina suffering so much for him – a priest heading for the greatest apostasy?)

1 A psalm of David. For remembrance.

2 Lord, do not punish me in your anger;
    in your wrath do not chastise me!
3 Your arrows have sunk deep in me;
    your hand has come down upon me.
4 There is no wholesomeness in my flesh because of your anger;
    there is no health in my bones because of my sin.
5 My iniquities overwhelm me,
    a burden too heavy for me.

6 Foul and festering are my sores
    because of my folly.
7 I am stooped and deeply bowed;
    every day I go about mourning.
8 My loins burn with fever;
    there is no wholesomeness in my flesh.
9 I am numb and utterly crushed;
    I wail with anguish of heart.
10 My Lord, my deepest yearning is before you;
    my groaning is not hidden from you.

Comment:

It seemed to us that this reading was not only about us, but also the Church – which is enduring its trial and persecution. We wait for the Lord, we call on Him to respond. The church has “numerous enemies” who gloat when it stumbles and falls.

 We cannot cry to God for help over our sorry state of the Church and feeling ‘surrounded by enemies’ as David did, and expect God’s help, unless we acknowledge our sins before Him. We deserve much much worse really, than what we are already experiencing!

God listens to the contrite and humble heart. We cannot prepare others for the Warning without looking at ourselves. in the end, David knows his sinful state and is remorseful; never losing sight of his Hope who is God in Whom he trusts and places all his Faith. And we must be the same as David as we feel surrounded by the enemies of the true Faith and the Church.

 God’s Love, once felt by man, is something no man can live without.

My dearly beloved daughter, you must accept that when my followers believe in these messages, it will bring them a torment of the soul from time to time.

Many will rejoice when they read my holy word and will accept it as a miracle. Others will also accept my messages, but on certain days they will be torn in two by the doubts, which will assail them. These doubts are natural.

For some they will question and question whether they are truly coming from Heaven. Then they will be full of anguish because they know that their lives are about to change and that the second coming will be witnessed by them.This means that the lives they have led, up to now, will change beyond recognition. This is frightening for many because they want to cling to their old complacent lives however unhappy they were. Fear of the future, fear of the hand of God and fear of Satan’s army torment them.

Yet, while my messages can strike fear within their hearts, at times, they also bring comfort. For one thing is certain. They will feel my Holy Spirit in their souls and once this happens they will become familiar with God’s love. God’s love, once felt by man, is something no man can live without. It brings peace.

So, no matter how fearful you, my followers, may be, you must remember that I, Your Jesus, will never forsake you. You are mine. I am the life in your souls. Through me, you will be saved.

I am full of mercy for souls who turn to me for help. I will not let you suffer at the hand of Satan’s followers. I will cover you with my precious blood. You have nothing to fear. Instead, you are being given the graces to prepare yourselves.

Now you must be brave, do not allow doubts to cloud your love for me or blind you to the truth of these messages. They are my gift to you. They are being given to you so that you will be protected and kept safe from harm.

Always ask me to allay your fears, for they are planted as seeds of discontent in your mind, by the evil one in order to distract you.

I bless you. I give you peace. I give you my protection. Trust in me always.

Comment:

In this message, Jesus explains the different attitudes people have to the messages and why they can or why they can’t accept them. This helps us to understand when, we too, are rejected when trying to spread the messages.

Jesus, however, reassures us of His Love and Protection. He explains thet He gives the messages in order to protect us. We need only to trust in Him and ask for help when needed.

New Age Practices and the Grip of Satan – a personal testimony.

We received an email through the “Contact us” on our website.

It was from a lady who had discovered our website and invited us to share her story.

The amazing thing was that one of our Prayer group members had listened to Fabienne’s story while she was on a speaking tour in this country last year.

She describes the New Age practices she was drawn into and the demons which afflicted her. She describes her illumination of conscience, how she saw demons from hell and how Jesus saves her.

Her story of a civil marriage to a divorced man and going to Holy Communion in this state rings bells of alarm for what is being proposed right now in “Amoris Laetitia”

The issues which she raises are so indicative and widespread in our society.

She tells of her pilgrimage to Medjugorje and how the devil said to the Virgin Mary “: “Mary, you have won”….”

Excerpts from Fabienne’s story.

 “Brought up as a Catholic, Fabienne lost her way in the modern world and found herself in the grip of Satan….

My dearly beloved daughter the torment inflicted on you by those lacking in true humility, but who profess to speak in My Name, will intensify now. Listen to no voice only mine. Do not engage or respond to those who insult me. They have allowed human pride to block me and then, not only is that not enough, they persecute me.

My second coming will be similar to events which took place during my time on Earth the first time. My Holy Word will be questioned, criticized, dismissed and then rejected. The first to reject me will be my own, those souls who love me the most. They will stand front in line to throw the first stone.

My agony in the garden is being relived once again and I am doubled with the pain of suffering. I agonised over the sins of mankind, not only those who lived at that time, but those who reject me today. Those who reject me today hurt me more because I died for their sins. They have learnt nothing.

Then those who mocked me and tore my eye out with the thorn, the sharpest one in the Crown of Thorns, are those representatives of My Church on Earth.They won’t accept my second coming or The Warnings I reveal to them now.

Every word uttered from my lips is being devoured by those humble souls like children in a famine. Yet those nourished by the knowledge of the truth of My Teachings, turn their heads and look the other way.

Humility is no longer present in the souls of many of my followers so that they will be unable to benefit from my special graces. Until you become little in the eyes of God you cannot hear me. Until you denounce pride and arrogance you will not feel the power of the Holy Spirit.

When you reject me today you plunge the first nail into my wrist. When you, My sacred Servants, denounce my holy word, given to you now, you drive the second nail into my other wrist.

For those poor souls who have no interest in My Teachings or the salvation I gave the world, through My Death on the cross, they have no one to guide them. They are the victims here. They are not being led towards me. They are being denied the chance to prepare for my second coming.

Now I call all of my followers to prepare. The battle among believers will begin soon. One half will not only denounce these messages, they will try to ban them.The other half will use them to convert others.

Those simple lost souls who don’t know me at all, will know me as soon as I reveal the truth to them during The Warning. It will be easier for them to see the truth than it will for those who say they love me but who deny me now.

This is why you need to pray for the graces to allow you to see me, hear me and to let me prepare you for my second coming. Never believe that to truly follow me, especially in these the end times, will be easy. For this time, silent homage to my Holy Word, will not be enough.

You will be like a new recruit in any army. You will need to train, renew your souls and come to me through the sacraments, before you will be strong enough and brave enough to spread my holy word.

The spread of my Crusade Prayers will be your first task. You, my army will lead the biggest crusade of my holy mission on Earth ever. You will start small but will swell to 20 million.

The prayers and suffering of my remnant Church can be enough to save the whole of humanity. Never forget that your prayers can save the souls of the most grievous sinners so powerful is prayer.

So prepare to gather together. Prepare well because efforts will be made to stop you. Accept the abusive insults which will be flung at you. Know that every kind of argument will be presented to you in order to stop you in your mission. But know that I guide you, steer you and make you strong.

Know also that you, my army, will be responsible for the salvation of millions of souls. Souls who would have had no hope at all.

Let My Love touch your soul and bind you together as one, in union with me, Your Jesus.

Allow me to cover you with my precious blood and bestow my gifts to help you stay loyal to me so that, no matter how strong the temptation is, you never deny My Call to you now.

I bless you all my strong army. I will lead you in your march to the new era of peace every step of the way.

Jesus describes His agony and Passion. He tells us that those who love Him the most will throw the first stones; that His representatives of His Church who mocked Him and tore put His eye. He tells us that it will be the  humble souls who will hear Him. Jesus is forming His Army – He teaches us and guides us. He tells us to pray for special graces; to train by going to the Sacraments; that our numbers will swell to 20 million, and that we will be responsible for the salvation of many souls. We must learn to have no fear, and to have confidence, because Jesus will make us strong.

This reading is very fitting – we can indeed see the events of the crucifixion of the Church taking place – especially since Apostolic Exhortation has been released. Many are speaking out and fighting for the Truth – but where are the priests? Many are too afraid to speak out; some have already jumped on the bandwagon of “Communion for all”; others (I fear a small minority) are trying to make their flocks aware and speaking out in homilies.

The impending release of a new Disney show horrified me. I received the petition from America Needs Fatima today. What will this do to our children? Once their eyes have seen, and their ears heard – they won’t be able to cast these things out of their minds. We can’t even imagine the immense battle – on all fronts – that we will have to face.

The Crucifixion of the church is indeed apparent. Jesus is with us and guiding us. He is there at every Crusade Prayer Group.

Prayer Group Overview

During Lent, we decided to only say the Sorrowful Mysteries at our Prayer group meetings. It is now a few weeks since Easter, but, in light of the events which are happening in the Church, we decided to continue to do this. The crucifixion of Christ’s Mystical Body  (the Church) has begun, and we feel sadness and an inner mourning. We all do what we can, and will drop everything for an unscheduled Prayer meeting or other (Church) event. We have a great responsibility in the Remnant Army – we can’t take it lightly. Jesus depends on us. He has told us, that our prayers alone will save billions. An incomprehensible thought!

Another thing we noticed today is that sometimes the messages we read are repeated – we always interpret this as Jesus wanting to impress something on us.

Some of us go to a second Prayer meeting at another person’s place on Tuesdays. Here, we have different Books of Truth, and the readings are always selected randomly, after a Prayer to the Holy Spirit. The last readings chosen on Tuesday 12th April was exactly the same as the very first reading chosen today, 14th April. It seemed to echo the theme of what is happening to the Church (as mentioned above). The reading was: “Mother of Salvation: The Antichrist will take up position because he will be invited to do so”  on Sunday, 7 September 2014 @ 19:30. Seems as if this what Jesus wants us to take note of at this time.

 JtM CP Group meeting on Thursday, 14th April, 2016:

If you follow this blog, you will know of all the unusual things that happen to our group – who are a very ordinary, motley group of people. Today,  one of our group – (L) was at Adoration, and in person, she asked Our Lord: “Jesus, what can I do to help You?”

How is this connected to us? Well, until fairly recently, there was not a printed prayer book available with all the Crusade Prayers so we were using A4 printouts. To these, were added the other special prayers that we say; for example, we also say quite a few extra preliminary prayers.

Another person in our group had compiled her own smaller  A5 sized book, but which included all her other regular, personal prayers that she says during the day. She very kindly made quite a few for others – as they included all the litanies, etc.

I thought I would compile one just with our Prayer Group’s prayers. I thought it would be easier to hold and to file away. I had started this project, but (L) said that she would photocopy the relevant pages out of the former book, to make less work for me – and she photocopied heaps. I compiled and printed out the other prayers, hymns and covers that are unique to our group. She had her own binder, which made it much cheaper for us.

Well, at Adoration, after she asked Jesus her question, she unexpectedly heard an answer. It was – “Make more prayer books and more Seals”. The last one was surprising, because at our recent general regional meeting, someone had already printed boxes full of Seals, of all sizes, and had distributed them to us free of charge to give out.

After our Prayers, and lunch and during our conversation, she told us what had happened. She had tears in her eyes because the answer had really affected her.

Those are Jesus’ instructions, so we know what is important.
