St Michael first appeared in about the year 490AD.
One day, a nobleman of the area, lost the best bull of his herd. After days of searching he found it kneeling in an inaccessible cave. He couldn’t get near it, so he shopt an arrow, but the arrow turned around and came bavk and hit him.
He was so surprised at thios unusual occurrence that he went straight to the bishop, who ordered him to pray and fast for 3 days.. The Archangel appeared to the Bishop 3 days later and said:
“I am Michael the Archangel and am always in the presence of god. I chose the cave which is sacred to me. There will bw no more shedding of bull’s blood ( referring to a pagan practice in the area). Where the rocks open widely, the sins of man may be pardoned. What is asked here in prayer will be granted. Therefore, go up to the mouintain cave and dedicate it to the Christian cult!!”
The Bishop delayed in obeying the angel’s order because he was undecided.
Two years later, in 492, the Christian city of Siponto at the foot of the mountain, was besieged by pagan hordes. The people were desperate. The Bishop obtained a 3 day truce from the pagans and ordered prayer and penance.
The Archangel appeared to him and promised his help if the townspeople dared to attack the enemy. A severe storm, with sand and hail, rained on the pagan army, which was terrorized and escaped. The town was saved. The Bishop announced a thanksgiving procession and went with the people to the top of the mountain, but he did not venture into the grotto.
On the third anniversary, the Bishop was still not sure if he should follow the angel’s order. He went to the Pope who ordered him to fast for 3 days then go there with other bishops.
St Michael appeared for the third time and ordered him to enter the grotto. The angel said:
“It is not necessary that you dedicate this church that I have consecrated with my presence. Enter and pray with my assistance and celebrate the Sacrifice. I will show you how I have consecrated this place.”
The bishop entered the cave and found an altar covered with a red cloth and a crystal cross, and at the entrance was a child’s footprint, which confirmed the presence of the Archangel St Michael.
The bishop had a chapel built at the entrance to the grotto and dedicated it on September 29th. It is the only place that is not consecrated by the hand of man.
Through the centuries, it has been called the ‘celestial Basilica’.
The last apparition was in 1656 in answer to prayer because of the terrible plague that had hit the area. The local Bishop and his people invoked the help of St Michael and the plague stopped.
Prayer to Saint Gabriel
Blessed St. Gabriel, the Archangel,
We beseech thee to intercede for us ast the throne of divine mercy:
As thou didst announce to Mary the mystery of the Incarnation,
so through thy prayers may we receive strength of faith
and courage of spirit,
and thus find favour with God and redemption.
Through Christ Our Lord.
May we sing the praise of God our Saviour
with the angels and saints in heaven
forever and ever.
Amen.
Prayer to Saint Raphael
Blessed St Raphael, the Archangel,
We beseech thee to help us in all, our needs and trials of life,
as thou, through the power of God,
didst restore sight and give guidance to young Tobit.
We humbly seek thine aid and intercession that our souls may be healed,
our bodies protected from all ills,
and that through divine grace
we may be made fit to dwell in the eternal Glory of God in heaven.
Amen.
Oh, most noble Prince of the Angelic hierarchies,
valorous warrior of Almighty God, and zealous lover of His glory,
terror of the rebellious angels, and love and delight of all the just,
my beloved Archangel Saint Michael,
desiring to be numbered among your devoted servants,
I, today, offer and consecrate myself to you,
and place myself, my family and all I possess
under your most powerful protection.
I entreat you not to look at how l;ittle I,
as your servant have to offer,
being only a wretched sinner,
but to gaze rather with favourable eye at the heartfelt affection
with which this offering is made,
and remember that if from this day onward,
I am under your patronage,
you must assist me, and procure for me
the pardon of my many grievous offences and sins,
the grace to love with all my heart my God,
my dear Saviour Jesus and my sweet Mother Mary,
and obtain for me all the help necessary to arrive to my crown of glory.
Defend me always from my spiritual enemies,
particularly in the last moments of my life.
Come then oh glorious Prince
and succour me in my last struggle,
and with your powerful weapon
cast far from me,
into the infernal abysses that prevaricator and proud angel
that one day you prostrated in the celestial battle.
Accompany me then to the throne of God to sing with you,
Archangel Saint Michael and all the Angels, praise, honour and glory
to the One who reigns for all eternity. Amen.
25th Sept. 2015
Prompted to attend morning Mass today, despite obstacles that arose early morning, I did so in order to thank God for his recent miracles and graces (in our prayer group and to continue to serve Him by praying for souls.
I was somewhat disappointed to find the congregation, without either one of the priests, praying the Rosary. One was present but did not join in. I’m not sure why. He seemed to just sit at the back. The other arrived just in time for Mass.
Today’s readings seemed very appropriate to the whole church situation, highlighted even in my own small parish. The significance seemed to pass by most, if not all. There was no sermon today.
Reading 1 Hg 2:1-9
In the second year of King Darius, on the twenty-first day of the seventh month, the word of the LORD came through the prophet Haggai: Tell this to the governor of Judah, Zerubbabel, son of Shealtiel, and to the high priest Joshua, son of Jehozadak, and to the remnant of the people:
Who is left among you that saw this house in its former glory? And how do you see it now? Does it not seem like nothing in your eyes? But now take courage, Zerubbabel, says the LORD, and take courage, Joshua, high priest, son of Jehozadak, And take courage, all you people of the land, says the LORD, and work!
For I am with you, says the LORD of hosts. This is the pact that I made with you when you came out of Egypt, And my spirit continues in your midst; do not fear!
For thus says the LORD of hosts: One moment yet, a little while, and I will shake the heavens and the earth, the sea and the dry land. I will shake all the nations, and the treasures of all the nations will come in, And I will fill this house with glory, says the LORD of hosts. Mine is the silver and mine the gold, says the LORD of hosts. Greater will be the future glory of this house than the former, says the LORD of hosts; And in this place I will give you peace, says the LORD of hosts!
Responsorial Psalm PS 43:1, 2, 3, 4 R. (5)
Hope in God; I will praise him, my savior and my God. Do me justice, O God, and fight my fight against a faithless people; from the deceitful and impious man rescue me.
R. Hope in God; I will praise him, my savior and my God.
For you, O God, are my strength. Why do you keep me so far away? Why must I go about in mourning, with the enemy oppressing me?
R. Hope in God; I will praise him, my savior and my God.
Send forth your light and your fidelity; they shall lead me on And bring me to your holy mountain, to your dwelling place.
R. Hope in God; I will praise him, my savior and my God. Then will I go in to the altar of God, the God of my gladness and joy; Then will I give you thanks upon the harp, O God, my God!
R. Hope in God; I will praise him, my savior and my God. Alleluia Mk 10:45
R. Alleluia, alleluia. The Son of Man came to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many.
R. Alleluia, alleluia.
Gospel Lk 9:18-22
Once when Jesus was praying in solitude, and the disciples were with him, he asked them, “Who do the crowds say that I am?”They said in reply, “John the Baptist; others, Elijah; still others, ‘One of the ancient prophets has arisen.’”Then he said to them, “But who do you say that I am?”Peter said in reply, “The Christ of God.” He rebuked them and directed them not to tell this to anyone. He said, “The Son of Man must suffer greatly and be rejected by the elders, the chief priests, and the scribes, and be killed and on the third day be raised.”

My dearly beloved daughter, for the doubters, especially My sacred servants, who may dismiss My Word through these Messages, this is what I would like to say to them. Increase your faith in Me by acknowledging that My Word was given to the world not only during My time on Earth, but through the power of the Holy Spirit after that.
Since the beginning of time, God, My Eternal Father, has communicated to mankind through the prophets; in this way the Teachings of the Truth were made known to man to ensure that their faith remained strong. Other revelations and lessons in the Truth were also given to mankind through the Apostles, other devout disciples and through the prophet, John the Evangelist. After that My Word, My Teachings and everything that man needed to bring him the salvation he needs was in order. Now that the world is facing the biggest shift in its history, God, My Eternal Father, has sent new prophets to the world. These prophets, make no mistake, do not bring you new teachings, for that is not necessary. Instead they are being sent for three reasons.
The first is to remind mankind of the Truth contained in the Book of Revelation. The second is to make man alert to the times he is living in so that he can rekindle his faith. The third is to help spread conversion so that My followers can form the biggest army of all in order to save souls. I am communicating through this prophet and others, so that My Word is heard in every corner of the world.
Remember My absolute love and compassion
Listen carefully to all these Messages, which not only proclaim My Word as you know it, but, which reveal to you My absolute love and compassion for every single one of you. Remember too, My Great Mercy. All sinners will be forgiven once they ask for redemption.
Importance of the Rosary and Divine Mercy
While ecological disasters will occur, please remember that prayer including the recital of the Rosary and the Divine Mercy will help avert much of it. Remember, My cherished children, that you who believe in Me and My Eternal Father and who follow My instructions have nothing to fear. Also let Me remind you that because of the two great acts of Mercy being given to you – the gift of the Holy Spirit, which burst upon the entire world a few days ago and the Great Warning, millions will be converted to the Truth. This will be a great miracle, and one which will bring joy to the multitudes.
The persecution by the red dragon and those not of God
While Satan will rise through his poor, misguided followers whom he pulls away from Me – their only hope of eternal salvation – this will be for just a short period. It will, I must warn you though, be a frightening period of persecution headed by the red dragon and those political entities, not of God. Through prayer and the sacraments you will find the strength to persevere during these trials. All of these events have been foretold and must come to pass, so that evil can be finally stamped out in the world. It is necessary, therefore, that this purification and series of chastisements take place; because only then will the world be ready for the New Paradise on Earth. Never ignore My calling.
It is only when you see the prophecies revealed to you by My chosen messengers begin to materialize that you will know for sure that it is I who speaks with you.
Your Divine Saviour
Jesus Christ
[1] Unto the end. A psalm for David. [2] The heavens shew forth the glory of God, and the firmament declareth the work of his hands. [3] Day to day uttereth speech, and night to night sheweth knowledge. [4] There are no speeches nor languages, where their voices are not heard. [5] Their sound hath gone forth into all the earth: and their words unto the ends of the world.
[6] He hath set his tabernacle in the sun: and he, as a bridegroom coming out of his bride chamber, Hath rejoiced as a giant to run the way: [7] His going out is from the end of heaven, And his circuit even to the end thereof: and there is no one that can hide himself from his heat. [8] The law of the Lord is unspotted, converting souls: the testimony of the Lord is faithful, giving wisdom to little ones. [9] The justices of the Lord are right, rejoicing hearts: the commandment of the Lord is lightsome, enlightening the eyes. [10] The fear of the Lord is holy, enduring for ever and ever: the judgments of the Lord are true, justified in themselves.
[11] More to be desired than gold and many precious stones: and sweeter than honey and the honeycomb. [12] For thy servant keepeth them, and in keeping them there is a great reward. [13] Who can understand sins? from my secret ones cleanse me, O Lord: [14] And from those of others spare thy servant. If they shall have no dominion over me, then shall I be without spot: and I shall be cleansed from the greatest sin. [15] And the words of my mouth shall be such as may please: and the meditation of my heart always in thy sight. O Lord, my helper, and my redeemer.

Douay Rheims Bible: 4Kings 19: 20-37
[20] And Isaias the son of Amos sent to Ezechias, saying: Thus saith the Lord the God of Israel: I have heard the prayer thou hast made to me concerning Sennacherib king of the Assyrians.
[21] This is the word, that the Lord hath spoken of him: The virgin the daughter of Sion hath despised thee, and laughed thee to scorn: the daughter of Jerusalem hath wagged her head behind thy back. [22] Whom hast thou reproached, and whom hast thou blasphemed? against whom hast thou exalted thy voice, and lifted up thy eyes on high? against the holy one of Israel. [23] By the hand of thy servants thou hast reproached the Lord, and hast said: With the multitude of my chariots I have gone up to the height of the mountains, to the top of Libanus, and have cut down its tall cedars, and its choice fir trees. And I have entered into the furthest parts thereof, and the forest of its Carmel. [24] I have cut down, and I have drunk strange waters, and have dried up with the soles of my feet all the shut up waters. [25] Hast thou not heard what I have done from the beginning? from the days of old I have formed it, and now I have brought it to effect: that fenced cities of fighting men should be turned to heaps of ruin:
[26] And the inhabitants of them, were weak of hand, they trembled and were confounded, they became like the grass of the field, and the green herb on the tops of houses, which withered before it came to maturity. [27] Thy dwelling and thy going out, and thy coming in, and thy way I knew before, and thy rage against me. [28] Thou hast been mad against me, and thy pride hath come up to my ears: therefore I will put a ring in thy nose, and a bit between thy lips, and I will turn thee back by the way, by which thou camest. [29] And to thee, O Ezechias, this shall be a sign: Eat this year what thou shalt find: and in the second year, such things as spring of themselves: but in the third year sow and reap: plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them. [30] And whatsoever shall be left of the house of Juda, shall take root downward, and bear fruit upward.
[31] For out of Jerusalem shall go forth a remnant, and that which shall be saved out of mount Sion: the zeal of the Lord of hosts shall do this. [32] Wherefore thus saith the Lord concerning the king of the Assyrians: He shall not come into this city, nor shoot an arrow into it, nor come before it with shield, nor cast a trench about it. [33] By the way that he came, he shall return: and into this city he shall not come, saith the Lord. [34] And I will protect this city, and will save it for my own sake, and for David my servant’ s sake. [35] And it came to pass that night, that an angel of the Lord came, and slew in the camp of the Assyrians a hundred and eighty-five thousand. And when he arose early in the morning, he saw all the bodies of the dead.
[36] And Sennacherib king of the Assyrians departing went away, and he returned and abode in Ninive. [37] And as he was worshipping in the temple of Nesroch his god, Adramelech and Sarasar his sons slew him with the sword, and they fled into the land of the Armenians, and Asarhaddon his son reigned in his stead.
Editor’s note: Again, the readings were remarkably suited to the theme of our prayers today. All 3 readings from the Book of Truth were about the Book of Truth.
The first reading spoke of Daniel, who knew the truth of Revelation. It spoke of the attacks on the church which are to come and that we should make preparations. (Jesus is reminding us that the Synod is to begin very shortly where these things will begin.).
The second reading, again mentions the Book of Truth and talks about the Apostasy which is so prevalent today. It warns us of the danger of new age practices – naming them specifically – all of which is so appropriate, and perhaps will become more prevalent and accepted. Jesus always warns us ahead of time, so we don’t fall into these traps – so that we can hold our head above water, and stay strong.
The third reading warns us of the new false book which is coming (again a reference to the synod?) and will be inflicted on the world. The Book of Truth will be the antithesis of this new false book. Jesus warns us that even good souls will be against God’s holy word as they will have a misguided loyalty to priests who have lost the faith.
The Bible reading is prophetic and refers to an egotistical king (leader) who threatens Jerusalem. What seems to stand out is that there will be “a remnant” saved out of Sion. The kIng of Assyrians boasted of cutting down the tall cedars and choice fir trees – maybe the false prophet who cut down the good bishops and Franciscan Friars of Immaculate, etc? But The Lord prophesies of his downfall. The kIng of the Assyrians will not enter the city (of Jerusalem/Sion – remnant). God says he will protect this city and save it. (God’s promise to the remnant to save them) Overnight, the enemy was slain by an angel of the Lord.
This is what we understood from the reading but others may be given further insight. It was all very reassuring.
All the little blessings our prayer group receives, as well as the readings we open each week – all make us feel very loved by our dear Lord and we are assured of His protection.
Jesus promised us, in his messages, that He would be with us in all our Crusade prayer groups. He has given us prayers to help us in all our difficulties and trials and endows us with many blessings. He said that there would be miracles in our prayer groups, and indeed many signs have occurred. (see other posts in this category).
Following is a testimony of Faith and Trust in the promise of healing inherent in CP 94.. by a relative of one of our prayer group members
4th September, 2015
My name is J and I live in Qld, Australia.I am a nurse by profession.
On the morning of 13/06/2015, I woke up with my left eye closed completely. I had started getting migraines and severe headaches. I was admitted to the hospital, then was transferred to a specialist hospital for investigations.
After the completion of all these investigations, the doctors told me that I had a mini stroke and they couldn’t find the cause. They said it may take six months for my eye to open and 6 – 12 months for complete recovery. I had asked my cousin to pray for me and she, in turn, asked her Crusade Prayer group to pray for me.
All I had in my mind, was that I didn’t want to die before receiving the Anointing of the Sick. After six weeks of my struggle, I received the Sacrament and started to feel better spiritually. On 31/07/2015, I was told that there was 5 percent chance that m y eye may not open at all. When I asked whether I would be able to work, the Doctor said he would sign to release my superannuation – meaning that I would not be able to return to work. Then the Dr. proceeded to complete and sign the form.
Due to my hectic work load, my daily prayers had been reduced to the daily Rosary and the Divine Mercy Chaplet. My Crusade Prayers were reduced slowly and I stopped at one point. My cousin (who lives 1000km from me), had told me about miracles occurring after people had said Crusade Prayer 94. They had heard this from their spiritual guide (representing MDM) who had visited the prayer group and related various Crusade Prayer Group miracle stories from around the world.
At this stage, I started to pray the Crusade Prayers with my one eye which was compensating for both with double vision. It was very difficult to read this way.
After a few days had gone by, my left eyelid started to open slowly. I continued my Crusade prayers and now, twelve weeks after the stroke, I have been cleared to go to work, beginning on 09/09/2015 which is in a week’s time.
The doctor said that it was a miracle. He said that he had not seen anyone have such a recovery anytime within the first 6 months. Note that six weeks previously, he said that there was a chance of my eye not opening at all.
All glory be to God!
I thank the priest who offered Mass for me and all those who said prayers for me.
After this recovery, I made a commitment to God that I shall continue to pray my Crusade prayers until I meet Him in Heaven after I leave this exile.
This is my sincere testimony of the miracle of Crusade Prayers. I believe these prayers have come from God and I am a witness to their power.
My humble heartfelt thanks to everyone who prayed for my recovery and please keep me in your daily prayers.
My sincere gratitude goes to The Holy Trinity, One Undivided God and to the Mother of Salvation
It never ceases to amaze me how Jesus is really with us all the time as He promised to the Prayer Groups. Sometimes, it is just a passing thought and you disregard it. But we have to listen and identify the Holy Spirit speaking to us.
When my daughter has a thought, she jots it down in an email to me. Her mobile phone is ever with her. Before she goes to bed (usually late at night) after a busy day with her children, she opens up a book (Bible, Saints, Book of Truth, etc) at random to see what God might say to her. Following is an example of what happened yesterday. God is really trying to lead us and reminds us to prepare.
Sun 20th Sept. 2015
Early in the day:
My daughter, sent me this message in an email:
“I’ve been thinking about the feeding (the Eucharist) for 1290 days. We need to order communion wafers for our own families under our roof. If more come, we will share what we have. I’m thinking I’ll need about 2000 wafers minimum. And/or we learn to make them? At least they can’t be found or uncovered if they aren’t stored…? “
In the evening of that day:
My daughter on opening up the Book of Truth Book 2, besides the first reading, which related to a TV show she had seen earlier, she looked at the reading above it, which related to her email to me earlier in the day.
“And by the way, mum, remember my earlier prompting tonight about preparing for the Eucharist for the times ahead, which I emailed you about? The second place my eye fell was the reading before it:
Book 2 (P 294) Extract below: (From message of June 1 2012 “The Seal of the Living God, My Crusade Prayer33 is your lifeline.”)
“The rest of you must plan to protect your family and your allegiance to the Holy Eucharist and the Mass…My Masses must continue.
Those of you who know this, must gather in numbers now and start the preparations. The sooner you prepare, the more graces you will be given to grow your ranks around the world.”
And the message ends with:
“This is why you must ignore the obstacles presented to you; the persecution, the pain, the horror of evil by the hands of others.
All that matters is the saving of souls.
Your Saviour Jesus Christ.”
You see, it wasn’t a random thought. Jesus was reminding us that we must prepare – not only for the provisions of food, but for the Bread of LIfe – the Eucharist and the Holy Masses.
Amongst our prayer group, we have 2 or 3 homes who are indeed preparing for this. Some of us have donated to others, so that we will have a choice of places to go to, and a back up if something happens. Amongst us, we have vestments and sacred vessels. One person has a tabernacle. But none of us have bought any communion hosts yet – we have all mentioned it several times, but not done it yet. Here is God reminding us of what is important.
Regarding the Communion hosts, my daughter wondered if we could make them. But we need to research this – I know there are special requirements regarding the ingredients that are used, and we need a special thing (like a waffle iron). I don’t know what it is called. Apparently this is the old way of doing it.
So there is lots to think about and plan for. Let’s not leave it to the last minute.
Let’s try listening to the inner promptings of the Holy Spirit.
If anyone has any information to share regarding anything at all, please contact us through the email contact provision on the home page.
20th September, 2015
A TV show and my daughter’s reflection:
Tonight on A Current Affair (or similar show) there was an interview with a woman who conspired with her brother to kill people. They were apparently raised by a violent, sadistic father ( mum left) and the woman blamed this for all of her brother’s hatred and anger which manifested in (many) cold-blooded murders. After one such, he actually wrote ‘Satan’ on the wall and drew the 5 star Satanic symbol in a circle- both in blood. She conspired with him in some way.
The woman has now served her time and been released. I was wondering how you overcome that and how you ever learn to love, after the way she was raised (from age 2).
From that violent home, to murders, to living in jail. Where and how can she receive love, having never experienced love from people?
When I watch shows about people like that, shown as evil, I am reminded that I must pray for them. Even more so, when they are depicted as being utterly loathsome, abominable or warped. Who else will pray for them? If not me, who will?
Jesus loves them and He is the only One Who can save them. He confirmed this tonight and reminded me that the more of us that pray together, the more powerful our Crusade will be.
Joining together in Crusade Prayer Groups:
Also, last week the readings at our JTM prayer Meeting ( See post under ‘Prayer Group Messages’ JTM Prayer Group Meeting 17th August, 2015.) were about creating and growing our prayer groups + lingering in the company of Godly friends; having conversations.
Quite some time ago, I wondered how to answer God’s call in regards to this. No-one nearby was able or willing, that I spoke with, that lived close. So I travel almost an hour, on my only day off, to join in with a prayer group once a week. They are like family to me, and some of them literally are. But we all feel like brothers and sisters and enjoy greatly “the coming together”.
Children and Crusade Prayers
Also, I talked to my then 12 year old daughter about Jesus’ request for prayer groups, She wanted to answer and help too. So I decided to create my own mini “children’s” Crusade prayer group which consists literally of myself and my children saying some daily prayers together for souls including a few, select important Crusade prayers. We do this in the car, while journeying to school.
My suggestion is not to overwhelm them; start small- two is a group!
All that’s important is that you make a start. God will do the rest. Just give Him your “yes”.
Back to praying for the lost…here is the reading which I opened on tonight:
*(Book 2)
Virgin Mary I revealed these atrocities to the little children Melanie and Maximin at La Salette
