The World’s Greatest Weapon, Part1– it’s in our hands!

If you were given the power to bring peace to our troubled world, wouldn’t you use it? In the present climate of fear with the upsurge in violence and terror, the deepening crisis in international conflict and growing uncertainty, we can often feel helpless to do anything. Sometimes we even begin to lose hope.

Nearly a hundred years ago, in the Church-approved events of Fatima, Sister Lucia revealed how the Holy Virgin Mary had said that God has granted extra power and effectiveness to the recitation of the Holy Rosary for our times. This “efficacy” has been given to such an extent, she was told, that there is no problem in our families, our communities, our private lives, or the life of peoples and nations, which cannot be resolved by praying this ancient prayer.

It is a supernatural weapon placed in our hands “because the devil has entered into a final and decisive battle in the last times in which we live” and the spiritual warfare is intensifying.

Our safe refuge is Mary!

11749399+AMDG+  This is a special tribute to (and defence of )  our Bl. Mother in this month of May, and to her role in the Salvation of mankind.

Something happened to Donna Liane and myself these last few days which reminded us of the prophecy in the Book of Truth about Our lady being shoved aside. (See recent post:  “Pope video for May: ”I will be forgotten about and then despised…”) This concerns Our Lady’s apparitions. There have been many, and they are of much significance. God has always sent prophets to warn/save His people. At this very crucial time in history, why would we not think that Jesus has not sent His very own Mother to warn us? When we didn’t act on Fatima, there was Garabandal; after that Medjugorje, Akita, etc. God won’t give up on us. Who best to protect us but His very own Mother – whom He gave to us on the Cross?

Catholics today – and even priests (most of whom don’t even know about prophecies, and/or ignore them)  try to turn us away. Many good faithful Catholics look to the Church hierarchy and will only read these prophecies “if they are approved”. Two very important apparitions that come to mind are “Garabandal” and “Medjugorje”. The reasons given to us are that the events haven’t taken place yet, to see if they are worthy of belief. GUESS WHAT??? If they wait, it will be too late. What would have been the point of the prophecy?? La Salette and Fatima were approved and we ignored them!!!P1010454

In the case of Medjugorje, there was a commission which was supposed to announce its decision last year. The decision was delayed, and eventually it was stated that Medjugorje can be a place of prayer, but the decision which was to announce whether the earlier apparitions were authentic, was never announced.   (It was not to apply to the ongoing apparitions, as they are on-going.) Perhaps it was because of the extent of the errors of Modernism (especially those who were to sign off on the report) that this occurred.

Many of us have experienced miracles and signs, there have been innumerable conversions, and many, many vocations at these places. Imagine the CONFUSION which would result if these were declared false: People would turn away from Our Lady and her apparitions; all of us would be persecuted, and our dear Bl. Mother would be the brunt of many blasphemies. This is the work of the evil one  – confusion only comes from him.

  1. Prophecy from the Book of Truth: February 12th 2014:

“…Much disapproval will be shown to those who visit my holy Shrines and Marian groups will be criticised for many reasons, all without cause … Any admission regarding the authenticity of apparitions involving me, the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God, will not be heard.…”

Donna went to the Bible (as she always does) to get an answer for the person in question.

 She didn’t understand what it was saying, and later, at home, she opened up another Bible- which opened up at the exact same reading!!! When I read it, I knew exactly what it meant.

  1. Reading from St Paul to the Hebrews Chapter 6: (Douay Rheims)

…[4] For it is impossible for those who were once illuminated, have tasted also the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, [5] Have moreover tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,  [6] And are fallen away: to be renewed again to penance, crucifying again to themselves the Son of God, and making him a mockery. (Mocking Our lady is mocking God)  [7] For the earth that drinketh in the rain which cometh often upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is tilled, receiveth blessing from God. [8] But that which bringeth forth thorns and briers, is reprobate, and very near unto a curse, whose end is to be burnt (condemning Garabandal /Medjugorje results in thorns and briers). [9] But, my dearly beloved, we trust better things of you, and nearer to salvation; though we speak thus. [10] For God is not unjust, that he should forget your work, and the love which you have shewn in his name, you who have ministered, and do minister to the saints.

[11] And we desire that every one of you shew forth the same carefulness to the accomplishing of hope unto the end: [12] That you become not slothful, but followers of them, who through faith and patience shall inherit the promises.       (choose carefully, beware of those you follow)  [13] For God making promise to Abraham, because he had no one greater by whom he might swear, swore by himself, [14] Saying: Unless blessing I shall bless thee, and multiplying I shall multiply thee. [15] And so patiently enduring he obtained the promise (This is for us).

The above Bible reading was opened up by Donna. I also had opened the Bible regarding the problem:

  1. Psalm 23:

  “[3] Who shall ascend into the mountain of the Lord: or who shall stand in his holy place?” (Our Lady’s appearances in Garabandal and Medjugorje were on a mountain).

  1. Finally, Donna saw this quote on her desk calendar at home:

After our CPG meeting yesterday (Thursday, 28th April), we were discussing the election in Ireland next week and Crusade prayer 32 (to prevent abortion being accepted in Ireland):

While speaking about the election next week, an (Irish) group member was fiddling with one of the Books of Truth on the table, and inadvertently (Jesus present in our prayer group, guiding us) opened up on the message of 17 Feb 2012: “Introduce abortion in Ireland and you sever a link to my heart”.

We all felt a deep sorrow, to think that this beautiful Catholic country, which has been so loved by God, could possibly sever this link. Our faith (in this country) was also brought to us by the Irish. We need to increase our prayer intentions for this in the coming week!

Remnant Army – please Pray, pray, pray –  Crusade Prayer (32) so that this does not happen. We were given this prayer to pray for a reason. It is for all to pray – not just the  people of Ireland.

Please add it to your core prayers at this time to pray every day. The message is below:

“Mother of Salvation: Introduce abortion in Ireland and you sever the link to my Heart”.   (17 February, 2012)

I am your beloved Mother, Queen of the Angels, the Virgin Mary, the Immaculate Conception.

O how I weep today, as Ireland, the country most dedicated to me, their beloved Mother, falls prey to the evil one.

Great darkness has descended over this nation. So many have lost their faith, just as so many have turned their hearts away from my beloved Son, Jesus Christ.

My children in Ireland have allowed the evil one to turn their hearts to stone.

Those who love my Son are in pain as they witness the secularism, which has taken control over this, once holy, country.

Attempts are now being made to introduce abortion and if this were to happen, it will deeply offend my Precious Son.

My children, should you introduce abortion in Ireland, you will sever the link that has brought you so close to my Heart.

So many people in Ireland now insult my Son through the disrespect they show Him. I also am no longer tolerated and my name is demeaned.

Children of Ireland, chosen as special souls to impart the Word of my Father, throughout the world, you must listen to me.

Pray, pray, pray that these plans to introduce abortion laws do not take place.

Should this happen, Ireland will lose much favour in my Father’s Kingdom.

The sin of abortion is the most grievous in the Eyes of my Father. It is the worst kind of genocide.

You must fight this evil, children. You must do it now or the last Divine link, which needs to be strengthened, will, instead, be weakened.

You must rise, children, and reclaim your Catholic and Christian Faiths, for they are being stolen from you.

Do not allow those in power to sneer at you when you proclaim the Holy Word of God.

This spirit of darkness has now, not only covered your country, but the Holy Shrines at which I am supposed to be revered.

I weep in sorrow as I see my beloved Ireland fall by the wayside.

Yet there is hope, children, but you must now join, in force, to protect your Faith.

Soon you will be forced to abandon, not only your Catholic Faith, but your Christian Faith.

Reclaim your country from socialism and secular dictatorships.

They will plead for the right of citizens, but will deny the very rights they claim to protect, including the right to pray.

They will force you to accept, in law, the right to murder children not yet born.

Remember, each soul was lovingly created by God, the Almighty Father.

Any man who chooses abortion or assists in the wicked act of abortion commits mortal sin.

“O Mother of Salvation, pray for your children in Ireland to prevent the wicked act of abortion from being inflicted upon us. Protect this holy nation from sinking deeper into despair, from the darkness, which covers our country.

Rid us of the evil one, who wants to destroy your children yet to be born. Pray that those leaders will have the courage to listen to those who love your Son, so that they will follow the Teachings of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.”

Go now, my child, and tell my children in Ireland that they must be strong. They must stand up for what is right.

They must never be afraid to proclaim the Truth, the Holy Word of God, no matter how difficult this may be.

A Dream of ‘The Warning’

The Bible tells us not to disregard dreams or visions, but rather to expect them, in the latter days:

Acts Of Apostles 2:17
And it shall come to pass, in the last days, (saith the Lord,) I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams

Joel 2:28

[28] And it shall come to pass after this, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy: your old men shall dream dreams, and your young men shall see visions. [29]Moreover upon my servants and handmaids in those days I will pour forth my spirit. [30] And I will shew wonders in heaven; and in earth, blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke. [31] The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood: before the great and dreadful day of the Lord doth come. [32] And it shall come to pass, that every one that shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved: for in Mount Sion, and in Jerusalem shall be salvation, as the Lord hath said, and in the residue whom the Lord shall call.

It is unusual for my daughter, K, (aged 22) to have a spiritual dream. During the early hours of Thursday morning 21st April, she had a significant dream which she relayed to me in the early hours of the day as this:

“Me, dad, J.(my fiancé), and mum were sitting on J’s bed talking about stuff. Suddenly, this strange vibrating noisy feeling starts – soft and increasing. Everyone starts groaning and being confused. Mum says ‘this is The Illumination’. I turn to J. and say: “Quick; pray! Pray!”

Vibrating surrounds and engulfs and puts us all into our own experience. I look at J. because he screams in pain and I grab his hand tight.

When it ends, he says ‘I didn’t think it was going to be that bad/like that’ (as in his sins/experience). I saw nothing, hence why I was able to look at J. and grab his hand. I didn’t experience anything. Just the same sound/isolation that everyone else did.”

Later that same day I related the dream exactly as she described it in her text message, to the prayer group.

Interpretation by another Prayer group member (and others agreed):

  1. K was not in the dream (as part of it) but was watching the effects. She could only warn and feel compassion. It is still to be expected that on the real day, she will experience and see, as all of us will, the state of our souls before God.

I felt this dream was confirmation of my thought to start systematically and quietly warning people in earnest now about the “Illumination of Conscience”. As you can see, I already posted an article on The Warning, earlier this same week- before this dream occurred. We must follow the inspirations of the Holy Spirit. If we have a year at most, how many letterbox drops can we do in that time? 5 streets nearby? 2 neighbourhoods? Or more? Obviously the more we reach the better, but we need to work little by little, regularly, not all at once and then run out of steam!  Let us not be the lazy servant! Nor the bridesmaid who ran out of oil!

To have strength and guidance we have to be right with God first. Do not neglect this or you will fall and it will cost you souls. My own conscience has been pricked more keenly and more often and I’ve been going to Confession more frequently now, as was result. This gives me great relief as I feel God’s Mercy descend upon me.

Examine yourselves, every thought, word and deed in earnest. Confess your sins now while you can and amend your lives. I received confirmation of this also tonight as I opened on this passage Revelations: 16: 15-16.

[15] Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

We identify with this garment as a description of “Sanctifying Grace”. We will not be able to hide our shame during the Warning if we are in Mortal sin. All our deeds will be laid bare before our own eyes and God. The pure white garment of our Baptism is lost when we choose to gravely sin against God’s Commandments.

Crusade Prayer (131) The Mercy Prayer

O my dear Mother of Salvation, please ask your Son, Jesus Christ, to grant Mercy to (name all here…) during The Warning and again on the final Day, before they come before your Son. Please pray that each of them will be saved and enjoy the fruits of Eternal Life. Protect them, every day, and take them to your Son, so that His Presence will be shown to them and that they will be granted peace of the spirit and attain great Graces. Amen.

Preparation and prayer for this event is important. Many of the Crusade Prayers we have been given by Jesus are directly  to assist with, or additionally mention, souls in relation to The Warning. But this is not all, of course…

The Warning or Illumination of Conscience

Is ‘The Warning’ biblical?

The short answer is, yes it is. Most people do not understand the Book of Revelations in the Bible. They can guess at likely interpretations but only the Lamb of God Himself can open the Seal and reveal its contents in full. This is a unique time in history in that this event has been revealed through a few significant prophecies given only in the last century. The Warning is also known as The Illumination of Conscience or the Great Day of Mercy. St Faustina tells us it comes before The Great Day of His Justice.

Why didn’t we understand this before?

In the book of Daniel Ch 10, a figure girded with the finest gold, is sent from heaven to Daniel. He says to Daniel “I am come to teach thee what things shall befall thy people in the latter days, for as yet the vision is for days” (verse 14). Revealed to Daniel is the contents of the book of Truth which is a heavenly book sent by God for the end times. Only he is then told to seal it up. True understanding is reserved until the end times (Daniel 12:4) I am revealing this to you now as I believe this event will happen soon, likely within a year. You are to remember this for when you need it, even if you scoff at it now.

Where is evidence for the Warning supported in Revelations?

It begins to be described in the 6th Seal. (Revelations 6: 12-17). All people, whether they believe in God or not, rich or poor, leaders and citizens will see signs in the sky beforehand and interiorly feel the intense shame of their wrongful doings, expecting God’s anger. Instantly, they will not question God’s existence and they will understand his rightful anger at their many sins, seeking to hide from Him. The Lamb (who is Jesus- God Himself) then breaks the seventh seal and “there was silence in the heavens for about half an hour” (Revelations 8: 1).The Warning image

What must we do during and after the Warning or Illumination of Conscience?

  • We must not despair but turn to God to plead for the forgiveness of all our sins and for help in living as He intends.
  • We should praise God for giving us this last opportunity before we are judged for eternity
  • We should amend our lives thoroughly, completely and honestly in accordance with God’s Laws (The Commandments)
  • We should seek to learn from His One, Holy, Apostolic Church and its traditional teachings of 2000 years (not the modernist or ‘innovated’ church). We should ask God to help us find true teachers (faithful shepherds) and allow ourselves to be taught and led by them.
  • We must not believe the lies of scientists and atheists who will try to convince us that this event was an illusion or was triggered by nature alone. There will be lots of lies to convince us that all was not as it seemed and to turn us away from God again.
  • We must not enter the One World Church who will subtly lead people to worship ‘the Beast’
  • We should pray for, encourage and help all people around us to know the Truth.

To Jesus, through the  intercession of Our Blessed Mother, we pray that we will be prepared with clear consciences and be free of all sin before this day arrives and we pray for the unity of families on this day. We pray for the conversion of all sinners  so that they too can experience this as a great joy and grace, rather than devastating shame. We pray for the conversion of all souls of other religions to the One True God; Father, Son and Holy Ghost. We pray especially for those souls who may die during the Warning from the effects of shock or heart attack- that in their final moments they may embrace God.We pray that afterwards souls may be quickly converted  and that we, his remnant army all over the world, may move to act and speak as God desires, prompted by the Holy Spirit, to bring in the harvest.

New Age Practices and the Grip of Satan – a personal testimony.

We received an email through the “Contact us” on our website.

It was from a lady who had discovered our website and invited us to share her story.

The amazing thing was that one of our Prayer group members had listened to Fabienne’s story while she was on a speaking tour in this country last year.

She describes the New Age practices she was drawn into and the demons which afflicted her. She describes her illumination of conscience, how she saw demons from hell and how Jesus saves her.

Her story of a civil marriage to a divorced man and going to Holy Communion in this state rings bells of alarm for what is being proposed right now in “Amoris Laetitia”

The issues which she raises are so indicative and widespread in our society.

She tells of her pilgrimage to Medjugorje and how the devil said to the Virgin Mary “: “Mary, you have won”….”

Excerpts from Fabienne’s story.

 “Brought up as a Catholic, Fabienne lost her way in the modern world and found herself in the grip of Satan….

Gradually this led on into involvement with much of the paraphernalia of the New Age Movement – numerology, astrology, spiritualism and all manner of the occult. Satan was closing his trap around Fabienne’s soul: “I did not know that I was a victim of a serious haunting of impure spirits because of my ill-chosen paths in life, fortune telling, pendulum, astrology, horoscope, palm reading, initiation into yoga, esoteric meditation, opening of shakras, etc…”

“And now came a bolt of grace in my life! While looking at a poster of the Sacred Heart of Jesus I heard His voice telling me: “My holy wounds will save you!” Through this, Jesus was coming to warn me that he was going to help me find the way to salvation.” God gave me my first supernatural experience in the illumination of conscience: “(Jesus) showed me my soul enclosed within the Beast…I saw the demons that surrounded me and were ready to take me to the place of darkness…”

““So I went to a priest who received me with great love but who was quite surprised to see me come with 5 or 6 pages of sins every time. … What I did not know is that the demons who had penetrated me because of New Age techniques returned to hell during confession....”

“You know, dear brothers and sisters, no sin will exhaust the great mercy of God and the more we draw from it, the more it grows! Let none of you fear to approach Jesus of love, because the flames of his mercy burn in him and he wants to pour them out on you…  it is in the Catholic Church of Rome, the only one founded by Jesus of love on Saint Peter, that I encountered a God of tenderness whose heart melts with love for each one among us.”

“Jesus, what can I do to help You?”

 JtM CP Group meeting on Thursday, 14th April, 2016:

If you follow this blog, you will know of all the unusual things that happen to our group – who are a very ordinary, motley group of people. Today,  one of our group – (L) was at Adoration, and in person, she asked Our Lord: “Jesus, what can I do to help You?”

How is this connected to us? Well, until fairly recently, there was not a printed prayer book available with all the Crusade Prayers so we were using A4 printouts. To these, were added the other special prayers that we say; for example, we also say quite a few extra preliminary prayers.

Another person in our group had compiled her own smaller  A5 sized book, but which included all her other regular, personal prayers that she says during the day. She very kindly made quite a few for others – as they included all the litanies, etc.

I thought I would compile one just with our Prayer Group’s prayers. I thought it would be easier to hold and to file away. I had started this project, but (L) said that she would photocopy the relevant pages out of the former book, to make less work for me – and she photocopied heaps. I compiled and printed out the other prayers, hymns and covers that are unique to our group. She had her own binder, which made it much cheaper for us.

Well, at Adoration, after she asked Jesus her question, she unexpectedly heard an answer. It was – “Make more prayer books and more Seals”. The last one was surprising, because at our recent general regional meeting, someone had already printed boxes full of Seals, of all sizes, and had distributed them to us free of charge to give out.

After our Prayers, and lunch and during our conversation, she told us what had happened. She had tears in her eyes because the answer had really affected her.

Those are Jesus’ instructions, so we know what is important.

“Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam”

 

More Signs…

  • A certain member of our prayer group had recently lost his hearing aid on an interstate trip. He didn’t always wear it – only when he really needed to. It cost a lot of money( $1500), especially for a pensioner.

At prayer group today, he said to  another  member that he had asked God to not make his hearing get any worse, as he was not going to buy another. The person, to whom he was speaking,  instantly opened the Bible, which was on the table (ready for our prayer group readings) and this is what it said:

Isaiah 43:8  (Douay Rheims):

“[8] Bring forth the people that are blind, and have eyes: that are deaf, and have ears. [9] All the nations are assembled together, and the tribes are gathered: who among you can declare this, and shall make us hear the former things? let them bring forth their witnesses, let them be justified, and hear, and say: It is truth.”

We all laughed, but the reading was very appropriate. This elderly person plays a particular role in our prayer group – he remembers the Church as it was pre Vatican II. He teaches us of how things were – “…hear the former things…” He is there to tell us “It is truth”

  •  Another younger member sometimes wears a head covering at prayer group – as do 1 or 2 others. She had left it behind one week, and I asked her if it was hers. Later, she went home and opened the Bible,  as she always does before she retires and this is what it told her:

“Decorum in public worship” 1 Corinthians 11: 2-16

[2] Now I praise you, brethren, that in all things you are mindful of me: and keep my ordinances as I have delivered them to you. [3] But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God. [4] Every man praying or prophesying with his head covered, disgraceth his head. [5] But every woman praying or prophesying with her head not covered, disgraceth her head: for it is all one as if she were shaven.

[6] For if a woman be not covered, let her be shorn. But if it be a shame to a woman to be shorn or made bald, let her cover her head. [7] The man indeed ought not to cover his head, because he is the image and glory of God; but the woman is the glory of the man. [8] For the man is not of the woman, but the woman of the man. [9] For the man was not created for the woman, but the woman for the man. [10] Therefore ought the woman to have a power over her head, because of the angels.

[10] A power: that is, a veil or covering, as a sign that she is under the power of her husband: and this, the apostle adds, because of the angels, who are present in the assemblies of the faithful.

[11] But yet neither is the man without the woman, nor the woman without the man, in the Lord. [12] For as the woman is of the man, so also is the man by the woman: but all things of God. [13] You yourselves judge: doth it become a woman, to pray unto God uncovered? [14] Doth not even nature itself teach you, that a man indeed, if he nourish his hair, it is a shame unto him? [15] But if a woman nourish her hair, it is a glory to her; for her hair is given to her for a covering.

[16] But if any man seem to be contentious, we have no such custom, nor the church of God.”

Well, this is a lot to think about. This points to the fact that we (women) should have our head covered in Church – but it could also mean that our heads should be covered in ANY public worship – during prayer group also??

And what about the rest of our clothing? How should we present ourselves when we visit our Lord and King?  Let us remember we are in the presence of Royalty!!! And He is present at every prayer group.

There is no doubt about it. Our good Lord not only teaches us, but challenges us.

  • This one seems to be a continuation of last week. (See “Go tell Others” posts.)

We were doing the same meditation for the Sorrowful Mysteries of the Rosary as we have been doing all through Lent. At the end, C. told us that this time, Jesus was not moving around, and that he was silent. We took this to heart, as it was a very appropriate message for us. Persecutions will increase  – for all prayer groups, wherever you are, – and it will be well to remember this.

Thank you Jesus for being with us at our Prayer Group – to listen to us, and to hear us and guide us.

“So because of that I’ll also share an experience I had on Friday 11th March (the day after the Prayer Group and this aforementioned experience).

In my church, after Mass, we had Benediction then Exposition for 24hrs: we said the Rosary then I stayed a couple of hours. I decided to ask Our Lord about my experience the previous day and why I could only see him through closed eyes. The answer I believe I got is that we have been told Jesus will never walk the earth again in the flesh, so he is in Spirit, and I wouldn’t be able to see him through human eyes.

 The other very stern impression I felt, was that we are not doing enough, and that the time is almost up, and even of those who believe Jesus’ messages and believe that we are in the end times, – most are still living as in the days of Noah, believing we still have a bit of time, but we are being foolish wasting valuable time when we should be praying more and fasting more.

Many millions of souls will be lost, we need to somehow reach more, many more people, God has given us this mission, which we accepted, what else can we do?

I also felt he very sternly told me to get to church the next day [Saturday 12th March] early for Adoration before Mass. [I know he knew I was thinking about not going  as I wasn’t feeling very well] but I got the message loud and clear and can assure you I was at church more than an hour before Mass, and I fully realisz I personally do not do enough to help save souls in this very important mission. We must talk about what more we can do, some people I’m sure will have lots of ideas but others, [like me] are at a loss, and we all want to do more, I’m sure, and we must obey God.”

As I was saying my Divine Mercy Chaplet today, towards the end, I felt Jesus telling me that we should not be surprised at such occurrences during fervent prayer. We are in desperate times and he loves us very much, he wants to help us, and protect us as much as possible.

Conclusion:

Just because God has personally chosen each one of us for this mission, doesn’t give us the right to think we are any more special to him than any of his children. In fact much more is expected of us: we have been blessed to be given so much knowledge, but that won’t save us, but using that knowledge in the right way, can, and save many others as well.

I know speaking for myself, I should do more, pray more, fast more, etc. but I let various things get in the way a lot of the time. I’m not sure I’ll be game to do that in the future. God is speaking very loudly and it not only scared me but made me very sad to think that God has to get so frustrated with us, his Army. GOD LOVES US BUT HE EXPECTS A LOT FROM HIS CHOSEN ARMY, only because he obviously knows we are capable.

LET’S REALLY PUT OUR TRUST IN HIM. Jesus will never dessert us, he has shown us time and time again that He is with us – literally.

 I also opened my prayer book to Crusade Prayers 9 and 10, so I’ll make sure I say those and many others every day. “

Conclusion (Prayer Group leader and Donna Liane*):

Adoration, prayer and fasting is the key – the armour we need to fight the battle. And most important is to know the Truth (from Bible and Book of Truth) and be ready to “shout it from the rooftops” when the time comes. We have to be ready, and build up our strength now with more Masses and more Adoration while we still can as well as more fasting, penance and prayer.

 If after this message, we increase our prayer twofold we are like the servant who made a small increase or even the one who buried the money entrusted to him. If instead we increase prayer (especially the fervency with which we pray) AND spread the Word to the lost and lame, (not just the elect ), if we enable   1-2 others to pray the Crusade Prayers, and maybe they do the same, how much more prayer is increased? Maybe tenfold!!

Jesus needs all of us to pray AND evangelise! Don’t be shy! Your earnestness, passion and Love will enflame whoever you meet! It will work because Jesus is with you!!

Go and tell the others!! Part 1

Donna’s Testimony:

It was me who opened the Bible on Thursday (10th March) at our prayer meeting. I waited till last and was surprised. The Resurrection story in Matthew. (See post for JtM Crusade Prayer Meeting 10th March, 2016) .We all know that story. As I read it aloud, two things stood out…

But I didn’t understand how this was connected to the other messages we read. Of course this could have been just a general encouragement; how after all the pain of the tribulations, Christ who conquered sin and death, will triumph again-even that He may surprise us with His sudden appearance.

But nevertheless I pondered why Jesus had provided this passage to us that day. And only later did I understand.

After a few hours of prayer and some lunch and talking with each other, most people had returned home. In the meantime one fervent passionate funny Irish lady remained. She had been pondering a few things of her own.

Prayer Group leader:

As Donna, I too, had been wondering about the Bible reading. I, too, thought that it didn’t seem to follow the same pattern as per usual. This is how it all started:

Last Thursday, 10th March, another special event happened at our Crusade Prayer Group meeting. In the morning of the Prayer Group day, I asked Jesus, while at Mass, to be at our prayer group with us and to bring those people who are meant to come. I always do this. We often think how true it is, that He is there guiding us, because the readings that are opened randomly, always follow the theme we choose for the prayers

At other times when such things have occurred, more than one person notices something and this gets us talking. This time we were praying the Sorrowful Mysteries of the Rosary (as we have been all through Lent) and using a religious text on the passion to meditate on, as a type of “Scripture Rosary”. It was very moving. I noticed  J’s voice was very strained while reciting her decade and it was difficult for her at times to speak. After the meditation before each decade, quite often there was a long, very silent, (seemed holy) pause before anyone elected to start the next decade. J was directly in my line of sight and I didn’t look at anyone else. We have been doing this for a few weeks and it was always very moving.

After all the prayers, we chose our readings (randomly, as usual). Donna elected to open the Bible. I thought to myself that she is very good at doing this.(She often does this before going to bed and often tells me of what she read.) Of course we had prayed to the Holy Spirit before opening any of the books / Bible.

After the prayers, and readings, food and fellowship, people had commenced going home. There were 4 of us left and C. started to go, and we started talking at the door, when she told us of her experience during prayer group. C. Had been involved in other experiences – especially in the St Therese of the Child Jesus (the little Flower) which caused us to adopt her as our patroness for our Prayer Group.(See this post under Signs and Wonders) quite some time ago. We trusted immediately what she had to say.

Donna’s reading made sense. C.  felt uncomfortable in announcing to everyone what had happened – it’s not as if you would say “Hey guys, guess what just happened” – so she kept quiet. But now, in talking, as we love to do, it just all came out. After she had finished I told her that she had to tell the others – and the reasons why, and I asked her to write it all down.

This is what she told us:

C’s Testimony:

“On Thursday 10th of March, I went to my prayer group meeting as usual.

Our prayer leader has, during Lent included, before each decade, rosary meditations on the Sorrowful Mysteries of the Rosary. As we were all listening very intently, and I’m sure very sad listening to the description of Jesus torture, I’m sure I wasn’t the only one yet again moved to tears.

About the 3rd decade I could see Jesus walking among us. I had my eyes closed the whole time, but I could actually see him moving around the room. He was smiling and would lean over to kiss most of the people there. I was able to ask him questions all the while never missing any of the Rosary prayers.

I asked him why he had visited us like this, and the answer I believe I got is that he was very happy to feel such love and so much compassion and sadness for his suffering. …

I continued to watch Jesus move about as we prayed the Rosary, other prayers and the Divine Mercy Chaplet, after which we say prayer 104. By this time I’m usually more than ready to get up from my kneeling position, but last week I didn’t want to open my eyes as I knew when I did, I wouldn’t be able to see my Jesus any more.

We went on with our prayers as usual, then at the conclusion of our prayers we randomly pick readings from 3 of the Book of Truth books and the Bible. I didn’t say anything about my experience, and wasn’t really planning to. (When) I was leaving, most of the others were gone by then, and I almost involuntarily started telling our prayer leader, her daughter, and sister what I had experienced.

Funny thing is our leader said, you need to tell others. It was only the next day her daughter realised that the same expression was in the Bible reading she read that day at prayer group. So I knew I was meant to share….”

Prayer Group Leader:

The Bible  reading for the day, that was chosen randomly by Donna, was after the Resurrection.

Jesus had appeared to his disciples and told them to tell the others what they had seen.

It suddenly dawned on Donna, that this was meant as confirmation that C. had to tell the others about her experience, (and also confirming what I had said to C. the previous day, that she had to tell the others).

We were amazed (to put it lightly), but we should not be, because we have come to know how Jesus guides us each week in our readings for the prayer group, and we have had other little signs.

The next day, C.  prayed and meditated  before she wrote it all down, and during this time, (while spending time at Mass and Adoration ), she came up with more.
